FULL HD WITH MOTION COMPENSATION BY GRUNDIG
The new TV generation with visibly sharper pictures which are jerk-free, at last. Grundig television sets with Motion Compensation always provide excellent reproduction. Now we can introduce this picture improving technology for full HD television images as well. The newest high-speed processing chip set calculates additional intermediate pictures on scanned films and integrates them into the motion phases in question. This ensures a natural flow of movements and outstanding picture quality for fast-moving scenes.

MAGIC FIDELITY BY GRUNDIG
THE PATENTED SOUND SYSTEM FOR GREAT AUDIO
This loudspeaker concept patented for Grundig lets you enjoy a large sound experience even with small casing volumes, which is a great advantage for flat TVs in particular. The technological basis for this is formed by three amplifier output stages within the device, which are adapted to their speakers in the medium-treble range and to the subwoofer. On the basis of this design, 40 watts of audio power are sufficient to create an outstanding sound.

Connectivity Pro stands for the numerous connection options which have placed the Grundig HD Evolution LCD TVs at the centre of entertainment appliances. Be it a games console, a HD receiver, a DVD player and recorder, a computer, a digital camera or digital storage media: optimal connections are available for every peripheral device. For the digital home enter tainment connection of the future HDMI (High Definition Multimedia Interface), for example. A HDMI cable transmits all the signals for digital pictures, digital surround sound and digital appliance control. The DVI interface, which can be used as a second HDMI input by means of an adapter, can be used to connect a PC or a notebook directly.

HIGH SPEED PANEL

In modern, high-resolution TVs, the use of the latest generation of panels is an important requirement for achieving optimal picture quality. Liquid Crystal Displays (LCDs) of the latest design are distinguished by their high reaction speed, also known as afterglow duration. In the HD Evolution LCD TV by Grundig, the Full HD panel with an afterglow duration of less than 8 ms is of the very highest class. This is achieved by a new technique known as overdrive. The Grundig engineers have attained the optimal relationship between the high-speed chip already mentioned and this high-speed panel resulting in the most natural TV pictures ever achieved.

The 100 Hz technology doubles the number of pictures per second from the 50 broadcast by TV stations to 100. In the case of very fast movements, the pictures no longer jump from one movement sequence to the next every 20 milliseconds without transition, but rather each picture is only shown for ten milliseconds. The transition appears smoother, which results in outstanding pictures.

This is how winners look. Behind its elegant exterior you will find full HD with a hitherto unheard-of picture resolution of over 2 million pixels. Performance which doesnt just excite the experts. DIGITAL TELEVISION VIA ANTENNA Digital television via antenna (DVB-T: Digital Video Broadcasting-Terrestrial) offers more stations in better picture and sound quality, without cable or satellite. All the video and audio signals are compressed using the MPEG2 process and transmitted as a whole data package. This means up to four TV stations can be bundled on a single TV channel. When they are received, the decoder converts the signals back to a format suitable for conventional televisions. You can still use your existing roof antenna. In urban areas, reception is even possible using a small rod antenna. A DVB-T receiver is already integrated in the LCD TVs presented on this page.

Software-Update:
1. Downloaden der Upgrade-Software Kopieren Sie die Datei "gdp2400_Vxxx.exe" oder "gdp3300_Vxxx.exe auf das Laufwerk Ihres PCs und fhren Sie das sich selbst entpackende Programm aus. 2. Erstellen der Upgrade-Software Verwenden Sie nur neue CD-ROM-Rohlinge (keine CD-Roms verwenden die schon einmal gelscht wurden). Der CD-Name ist frei whlbar (wir empfehlen den aktuellen Versionsstand und Gertetyp als CD-Namen zu verwenden). Brennen Sie die Datei "bank30.rom" in die oberste Ebene (Stammverzeichnis) der CD. Der Dateiname "bank30.rom" darf nicht verndert werden. Eine nderung des Dateinamens kann beim Ladevorgang zum Ausfall des DVD-Players fhren. 3. Software-Upgrade in den DVD-Player laden Schublade ffnen durch Drcken der Taste "OPEN/CLOSE". Software-Upgrade-CD einlegen und Schublade schlieen durch Drcken der Taste "OPEN/CLOSE". 1. Downloading the upgrade software Copy the "gdp2400_Vxxx.exe" or gdp3300_Vxxx.exe file on the disk drive of your PC and run
this self-unpacking programme.
2. Creating the upgrade software Use only new blank CD-ROMs (never use CD-ROMs which have already been erased). You may select any name for the CD (we recommend to use the current software version and the unit's type name as CD name). Copy (burn) the "bank30.rom" file into the uppermost level (root directory) on the CD. The file name "bank30.rom" must not be changed. Changing the file name may lead to a failure of the DVD player during copying. 3. Loading the software upgrade into the DVD player Open the CD tray by pressing the "OPEN/CLOSE" button. Insert the software upgrade CD then close the CD tray by pressing the "OPEN/CLOSE" button. When reading of the software upgrade is completed, the software upgrade CD is automatically ejected and is switching OFF and now ON. Remove the software upgrade CD. Attention: During software loading it may happen that the "CD" symbol remains visible or that random characters appear in the display. If this is the case do not try to abort loading by pressing a function button on the DVD player or on the remote control, or even by disconnecting the DVD player from the mains. In doing so the unit's functions or a restart after the upgrade procedure are no longer guaranteed. Warranty We expressly draw your attention to the fact that only operating software which has been released by GRUNDIG is allowed to be used with the DVD players. If, in the case of complaints, we find out that operating software from not legitimated sources has been loaded into the player and that the software upgrade has failed for this reason, this is considered as foreign intervention. This leads to the expiration of any guarantee claims. For this reason, GRUNDIG must generally reject any reimbursements of costs resulting from the above stated infringements. Repair costs, even those occuring within the guarantee period, are always at the charge of the end user. We draw your attention to the fact that the software is protected by copyright and that it is determined for your personal use only. Legal actions will be taken in the event of violations.
