Hasseblad PCP- mm projectors, lenses, and rotary slide trays Effective May 1, 2003, Harpers Ferry Center will stop providing maintenance and support for the subject equipment. Maintenance and support will continue for other equipment associated with these AV systems including Pioneer DVD-V7400 players, Arion dissolve units, and audio systems. COLM, GUMO, NOCA, ROCR, SLBE In 1988 Harpers Ferry Center began installing 70mm format sound/slide programs using Hasselblad projectors. Although this format was successful for intended uses, the general move away from slide shows towards video presentations resulted in the last Hasselblad installation in North Cascades in 1993. 61 yo BM with CHF (EF=10% by ECHO 7/06), HTN, DM II (Hgb A1c=7.0%), COPD, sleep apnea on CPAP presents with 4 days of SOB, LE edema and 2 days of worsening fatigue. Has had repeated admissions for CHF exacerbation, requiring ~2 days of diuresis. Had been instructed by Dr. Lewis to up his Lasix to 120-160 mg bid, but because of limited quantity had only been taking Lasix 80 mg bid. BNP = 3990 -Relative outpatient meds: Carvedilol 25 mg bid, Lasix 40 mg qd, Glipizide 15 mg qam and 10 mg qpm, Lisinopril 20 mg qd, Simvastatin 10 mg qd
64 yo WM with CHF (EF=60% by ECHO 10/14/06), HTN, DM II(Hgb=7.6%) with nephropathy (Cre~2.2) presents with 2-weeks of worsening SOB, orthopnea, LE edema since discharged from hospital on 10/22/06 for last CHF exacerbation.
