HWL1: WiFi Locator (Wireless B/G) The Hawking WiFi Locator detects 802.11b and 802.11g WiFi networks with the push of a button. Mobile users no longer have to power up their laptops to locate wireless network signals or "Hot Spots". Instead the pocketsized HWL1 detects whether a WiFi signal is present and its the signal strength from your location. The Hawking WiFi Locator is equipped with a flip-up directional antenna so users can pinpoint exactly where the Hot Spot location is. HWL2: WiFi Locator Professional Edition The HWL2 combines the WiFi locator features with the Hi-GainTM USB Network Adapter. It detects and connects to Wireless 802.11b/g Networks in minutes and has the ability to differentiate security and non-security networks. In addition, the built-in USB Network adapter allows the user to connect to a Wireless Network directly using the HWL2, while the built-in Hi-GainTM Directional Antenna boosts the wireless operating range up to 200% compared to standard wireless network cards.

Different from the HAI6SIP omni-directional antenna, the HAI6SDP Directional Antenna amplies the wireless signal in 80 radius. However, with a smaller radius, the power is being concentrated in one direction, therefore provides a stronger signal output. The HAI6SDP works well when you have a static location for your wireless source (Wireless Access Point). Simply attach the Directional antenna to your Access Point or Wireless Network Adapter and point it in the direction of your wireless signal. *

For extending a wireless signal from one building to another, the HAO9SI delivers a strong multi-direction signal from Access Point or Bridge. The HAO9SI antenna kit comes with surge protector and all the mounting materials.
