| This HDD replaced a malfunctioning 80GB drive I had on my laptop. It does the job. Plenty of storage and a great price Like one reviewer said. avoid the 5K160 series and go with the newer 5K250 or 5K320 series Hitachi drives low power consumption I work for a computer OEM. | |

| Just What I Needed! As my hard drive recently died I was in need of a new one. Works just fine No issues on the hard drive. My only negative is that you can purchase larger ones nowadays for about the same money. | |
