The telescopic guides allow you to control your oven racks and baking trays with the utmost safety and convenience. With the extra deep baking tray, which holds more than twice as much as a standard drip pan, you can fully utilize the ovens cooking capacity.
An oven that cleans itself
You can now choose an Ariston oven with Fast Clean technology. Fast Clean is a true self cleaning system that requires no effort what so ever. Simply turn the dial to the Fast Clean setting and the oven will do the rest. The oven will heat up to 500oC destroying all food residues on the inside of the oven including the inner glass of the door. With Aristons Fast Clean system you get the best quality pyrolitic system on the market. Whats more; Aristons Fast Clean system has a power consumption of only 2.8kW less than the cost of an espresso!
8 Chef Fast - Perfect dishes in record time.
Life these days always seem to be rushed and full of commitments. Thankfully Ariston has a solution that will help you manage your time better. The new 8 Chef Fast cooking system makes sure you always prepare perfect dishes in record time. With its innovative Fast Cooking program, the new Ariston oven is the ideal answer for baking both fresh food and pre-prepared meals. You simply put the food straight in the oven, from the fridge, without having to pre-heat your oven: just select the time and the temperature, and all you need to worry about is serving the dish on the table. In addition to the innovative Fast Cooking function, the new 8 Chef Fast oven offers you 7 other exceptional cooking programs: Traditional - 3-level Multi Cooking - Barbecue - Gratin - Pastries - Pizza - and the new Rising function, to meet your every baking requirement. In addition, the oven comes with highly precise electronics to ensure that the temperature you set is kept constant throughout the cooking process, so that even the most delicate dishes are cooked to perfection.

7 Chef Pizza Oven - An unsurpassable chef.
With the 7 Chef Pizza system the Static cooking program has evolved into the Traditional cooking program; ideal for preparing slow cooked dishes such as casseroles and roasts, the Ventilated program has become the 3 level Multi Cooking program which permits cooking of up to 3 different dishes with no risk of mixing flavours and in the special Pastries program baking is more uniform and delicate thus creating the perfect environment for cooking fruit cakes and even meringues. All the baking and grilling programs are 10% more powerful and preheating times are shorter reconfirming the unsurpassable cooking capacity of Ariston ovens.
6 Chef Pizza Oven - 3 levels for perfection.
This extremely versatile cooking system always performs perfectly, because it can adapt to any kind of baking you may need, from Gratin to Pastries, from Traditional baking to Barbecue and Pizza. It also offers the new 3-Level Multi Cooking function, which allows you to cook up to three dishes on different levels at the same time. For instance, you can cook a starter, a meat or fish dish and a dessert at the same time since neither smells nor flavours will mix, thus saving you time and energy without compromising the taste of the food. 75cm wide cooktops a new dimension with 25% more working space.
Whether planning from new or replacing your old cooktop, now there is a hob choice with more workspace and more options. The 75cm hobs will fit into a standard 60cm hob cutout, so updating to more space, flexibility and burner power is simply a matter of specifying an Ariston 75cm hob.

For the ultimate in cooking speed, safety and efficiency nothing compares to Induction heating. Aristons unique Hi-Flux 4 inductor coils are the most advanced on the market today. With Ariston induction you get flexible heat zones, and full power to all elements at any time. The booster function can return a pot to boiling temperature in seconds. Reliability and safety are paramount so Ariston Induction hobs meet the most stringent international standards.

2x2 Burner

The new double ring double regulation burner achieves the greatest flexibility in power control available on one burner. It is now possible to achieve the most delicate heat (1.5Mj/h) for gentle cooking to one of the most powerful flames (19Mj/h) where an intense heat is essential.

Triple ring

The triple ring burner ensures a perfect cooking result for all your recipes, thanks to a uniform heating distribution under different sized pans, from the smallest to the largest.

The benefits of cooking with induction.
Speed -Up to 60% faster than a conventional electric hob -Up to 50% faster than a ceramic hob -Up to 40% faster than a halogen hob Safety - As the heat is transferred directly through the pot by a magnetic field the cooking surface remains cool Control - Changing temperature is achieved quickly and more precisely as there is no need to wait for the hob to heat up, only the pan. Cleaning - As the cooking surface of the hob remains cool spills will not burn onto the ceramic glass hence spills can be easily wiped away using a damp towel.

All Ariston induction hobs feature the exclusive Hi-Flux 4 coil inductor system giving you a more even heat than the standard single inductor system found in other induction hobs.
