If youre just getting started, special HP dialup software can help you set up your modem connections. And to make managing your personal informationincluding your schedule, contacts, and to-do listseasier than ever, the HP Jornada also includes an enhanced version of Microsoft Pocket Outlook.

Smooth integration with your PC and back-office infrastructure
Like all HP handheld PCs, the HP Jornada is fully compliant with the Desktop Management Interface (DMI) standard, making it easier for your MIS department to manage it as part of their mobile PC inventory. Working in the familiar Windows environment allows you to be productive right away without any special trainingusing Microsoft Windows CE, Handheld PC Professional Edition software. And Microsoft synchronization software ensures the files on your desktop and handheld PC are always up-to-date.

This 56Kbps modem is designed to be capable of receiving data at up to 56Kbps from a compatible service provider and transmitting data at up to 31.2Kbps. Public networks currently limit maximum download speeds to about 53Kbps. Actual speeds depend on many factors and are often less than the maximum possible. Complies with v.90 ITU 56K specification. Microsoft Outlook 2000 is not available in Portuguese or Chinese.
