It provides the basic instructions for the disassembly of HP products to remove components and materials requiring selective treatment. 1.0 Items Requiring Selective Treatment 1.1 Items listed below are classified as requiring selective treatment. 1.2 Enter the quantity of items contained within the product which require selective treatment in the right column, as applicable. Product Disassembly Process 3.1 List the basic steps that should typically be followed to remove components and materials requiring selective treatment: 1 Remove screws from cover with screwdriver and remove the stand and cover. 10 Remove screws between bezel and main frame with screwdriver ,then remove bezel and key board. Remove aluminum foil from the main frame by hand. Pull out the lamp wires from power board. Remove screws between main frame and panel. Tear up the main frame and remove LVDS cable,then remove the panel. Use screwdriver to remove screws from mian board, remove black adhesive plaster and all cables,then remove main board. Use screwdriver to remove screws from power board ,remove cable between main board and power board ,then remove power board. Use soldering iron to remove C904. Remove the power cable and audio cable by hand and use screwdriver to remove the signal cable.
