Service information: The orange rubber rings of the wheels on Alpha, easily falls off. Rather than having a quality issue, it has been decided to remove the rubber rings on new products going forward. The wheel has been tested with and without rubber rings in blind tests, and it runs equally silent and smooth on the oor in both cases. For 2011 season we will have machines both with and without rubber rings, since production had already started when this decision was taken.
