HUSQVARNA 570 TC, TE, SM-R (2001 2003), 610 TC, TE (1999 2000) AKRAPOVIC EVOLUTION & RACING LINE
The basic design of the modern Husqvarna 570 (TC, TE, etc.) comes from the early 80s. At that time the Husqvarna 510 was a very advanced motorcycle, which actually exceeded the needs of the riders of the day. It was the lightest and most competitive four-stroke in its class. The years went by and lack of technological upgrades and pressure from the competition took their toll. For a change, in 2001 Husqvarna once again bared its teeth. The Husqvarna 570 series are thoroughly revamped motorcycles both technically and aesthetically; the owners enjoy their bike's exceptional power and torque, and the exterior lines only reflect the extent of the manufacturer's changes. GOAL The goal of the AKRAPOVIC company is to improve the performance of motorcycles, no matter what brand, no matter how well turned-out, through the use of our first-class components. Therefore it was a special challenge to develop an exhaust system for the famous Husqvarna, the bike against which all competitors are measured. Our development department once again performed magnificently, and with the AKRAPOVIC EVOLUTION line exhaust system for the 2001-2002 Husqvarna TC 570, TE 570 and SM 570 R, and for the 1999-2000 TC 610 and TE 610, they have once again demonstrated the exceptional know-how and craftsmanship which Akrapovic customers have come to expect. We have managed to combine two world-renowned marques! LOOK The new Husqvarnas are a real sight for sore eyes. Since their new look reflects their competition orientation, it was necessary to take this into consideration and augment it. The AKRAPOVIC EVOLUTION LINE 2-1 OFF-ROAD exhaust system for the Husqvarna simply shouts its racing vocation. The system is specially designed for supermoto competition. This can be seen in the street-series titanium muffler. The conical titanium elements are skillfully welded, and flow with the contours of the bike so they look good from any angle. This is an Akrapovic exhaust system. Top-flight materials which you dont see everyday reveal the racing spirit which lies inside. The combination of hand-worked and state-of-the-art CNC machined titanium has to withstand all the stresses specific to this type of motorcycle, while still being extremely lightweight. This is one of the most important parameters in the construction of off-road bikes. At Akrapovic, we are not satisfied with good looks alone. The technical specifications of the entire exhaust system have to match! TECHNICAL Technically, the AKRAPOVIC EVOLUTION exhaust system is derived from the racing version, a guarantee of the systems top performance. The titanium muffler and conical header tubes give it a special character which indicates its supermoto orientation. POWER Using the AKRAPOVIC EVOLUTION 2-1 OFF-ROAD exhaust system, our development department was able to increase available power throughout the entire rpm range of the already exceptionally powerful Husqvarna. Power gain over the entire rpm range using our system is just under 10%, while peak power gain is more than 11% higher than the stock system. TORQUE The AKRAPOVIC EVOLUTION 2-1 exhaust system managed to exceed the constant doses of factory torque throughout the entire rpm range. A clear sign that giving this bike a lot of power makes it a brutal puller.

EXTRA: Akrapovic OFF-ROAD exhaust systems for the listed Husqvarna models are also available in our RACING LINE series, made out of stainless steel, with an oval-section titanium muffler from our street series. It differs from the EVOLUTION LINE only in materials selection and weight, otherwise the specifications are the same. NOTE: This year we have developed a new option for the muffler. The reason for this is that the FIM regulations for Supermoto competition stipulate that the mufflers must have flush outlet caps, without any projecting parts such as are found on our road models. Therefore, in addition to the road version of the muffler with the product code: M-TTE4L/53, a full titanium offroad version muffler is now available under product code: M-TTDE4L/53 along with a matching carbonfiber clamp P-MCTD7.
