For the purposes of certification, please contact: SIRIM QAS International Sdn Bhd Building 4, SIRIM Complex 1 Persiaran Dato Menteri PO Box Shah Alam Selangor Darul Ehsan Importation of the Authorised Amateur Radio Communications Equipment Amateur radio operators who wish to import the authorised amateur radio communications equipment listed in this Notice from overseas shall do the following: 1. apply for an Import Permit from SIRIM QAS International Sdn Bhd at the above address before proceeding to purchase and import the said equipment; and 2. submit a certified true copy of their amateur radio operator certificate or amateur station apparatus assignment certificate together with the application for an Import Permit to SIRIM QAS International Sdn Bhd. The list of amateur station apparatus assignments is available for reference on the Commission website at http://www.mcmc.gov.my/mcmc/registers/cma/ApparatusAssignment/index.asp. Submission for the Listing of Amateur Radio Communications Equipment Any person who wishes to include other amateur radio communications equipment in this List may apply to the Commission for consideration.

Interested parties are requested to submit printed copies of the amateur radio communications equipment brochures/catalogues with detail technical specifications such as but not limited to its operating frequency ranges, output power, modulation mode, frequency stability, spurious emission and receiver sensitivity to the Commission.
