Fast and easy installation
These boilers are designed to offer installation advantages in new building projects or when replacing old models: Packaging which allows fast handling. The packaging is opened vertically allowing easy positioning of the boiler for installation. (See pic. 1). The 19 cm clearance between the connections and the wall allows easy working access and facilitates boiler replacement. New adjustable shutter system (for EOLO models) which facilitates adjustment for different lengths of flue pipe. (see page 10).

OUTDOOR INSTALLATION

Easy to use
Maior kW boilers are designed for ease of use and include these user friendly features: New simple ball filling valve for system pressurisation and top up.
The new electronic modulating control board has some very useful functions: Anti-freeze protection which ensures reliable operation down to 5C. Auto-diagnosis system fault-finding facilitates through a LED. Automatic exercise routine for the circulator and three-way valve. Electronic circulation system. low water protection
Set-up of all parameters directly through the control panel knobs, avoiding adjustment of components on the board. Normal functioning even when the electrical polarity of the supply is reversed.
Continuous display of boiler operating state and fault signalling.
Reduction of DHW waiting times through use of primary circuit pre-heating. Possibility of control via PC or pocket PC.
Options for comfort and efficiency
Further options are available for Maior kW models which can increase savings and comfort for the end-user.

Amico Remote Control

Easy installation No need of electrical supply. Easy and intuitive controls Based on traditional knobs but allowing comprehensive control of the boiler functions. Optimised operation Improving the seasonal efficiency of the boiler and defining the ideal temperature for the heating system using weekly time programming.

External Sensor

Improves the sensitivity of the system with regard to the weather, reducing consumption further.

Relay Control Board

(standard feature on EOLO Maior kW Vip models) fitted with three relays, it is installed on the panel of the boiler and it allows control of external devices such as: pumps, zones valves, remote alarm signals etc.

Remote Filling

This can only be installed when the Amico Remote Control is used. It can restore the correct system water pressure without manual adjustment of the filling valve. Only for EOLO models.

Aqua Celeris is the new Immergas patented system for the rapid delivery of domestic water at the right temperature with reduced waiting times. It consists of a mini storage tank installed on the primary circuit featuring a special modulating electric heater that provides the following advantages: Instant DHW delivery Water savings because the domestic water reaches the right temperature almost immediately Long term maintenance. Aqua Celeris is connected to the primary circuit therefore it avoids scale deposits on the surfaces of the mini storage tank giving long term lower maintenance.

Regulating by-pass:
The by-pass can be adjusted simply by using a screwdriver. The regulation can be effected with a stroke of 3 turns.
The boilers of new Maior kW range can be arranged with DIM (Multi-System Distribution Manifold) available in 4 flush-mounting kits for managing different zone systems, mixed systems and systems which require abundant supply of water.

Flue System

Room sealed EOLO models are equipped with sampling points for combustion analysis and can accommodate both concentric and separate flue systems. It is easy to install, has good aesthetics and reduces the height.
Air inlet / flue outlet kit
A wide range of original flue kits, guaranteed by Immergas, is available to solve different plant needs. They are manufactured in stainless steel with seals in a special material to guarantee high resistance to corrosion and long life. The push-fit assembly guarantees fast and easy installation. Many options with 45/90 bends are available as well as extension pipes of 0,5 / 1 / 2 meters.
New shutter on the outlet flange
To correctly install boilers it is necessary to use the Immergas flue system in order to comply with standards.
In order to optimize the combustion efficiency in relation to the length of the flue system installed, a new outlet flange has been conceived with a shutter system which, adequately regulated, avoids the use of diaphragms.

Immergas, leading company in the production of wall-hung gas heating boilers, presents ZEUS Superior kW, the boiler with a technological intelligence studied to obtain the maximum comfort. Thanks to the built-in storage tank able to store up to 60 litres of sanitary hot water, ZEUS Superior kW guarantees an inexhaustible reserve of hot water, always available at the desired temperature. ZEUS Superior kW is available in the heat outputs of 24, 28 and 32 kW.
TOP OF ELECTRONICAL TECHNOLOGY
The wide and functional liquid crystals backlit display (LCD) of ZEUS Superior kW, allows to visualize all the main functioning information, for example the heating and sanitary set temperatures, the heating system real temperature, the indicator of the instantaneous output supplied, the functioning modes and possible error codes. Thanks to the advanced electronics of ZEUS Superior kW, setting the desired temperatures and the summer/winter modes becomes even easier just pressing a button and turning the side knobs. The technology of this new boiler allows also to visualize useful information such as the functioning hours, the number of ignitions, the real outside temperature, both minimum and maximum (with external probe connected only) or to select the personalization options, for example the constant back lighting or the energy saving mode. The new ZEUS Superior kW range stands out for the modern and elegant line: a winning match of design, technology and functionality.

LETS SPEAK SILENCE
Zeus Superior kW boilers mount a self-adaptable fan allowing the boiler to regulate independently the power of the fan, adapting it to the flue pipes extension. This system reduces the apparel noise to the minimum, guaranteeing the maximum acoustic comfort even in the room where the boiler is operating.
THE OPTIMAL THERMOREGULATION
ZEUS Superior kW boilers can provide the greatest home comfort conditions and, at the same time, a great consumption reduction thanks to their efficient thermoregulation: the boilers of the range are in fact predisposed to be combined with the new remote control called Super CAR and the external probe.The Super CAR remote control carries out all the boilers control board functions: equipped with a backlit display similar to the boilers one, it allows to visualize all the functioning information besides visualizing the room humidity and the weather forecast. The Super CAR remote control can also serve as weekly room thermostat, allowing to program the desired room temperature at two different levels of temperature (comfort and reduced), besides having the practical function of daily sanitary functioning timer at two different temperature levels.

The ZEUS Superior kW range is available in three models of 24, 28 and 32 kW heat outputs. The wide modulation range is able to offer the perfect solution to any kind of home, from flats to terraced houses, up to detached houses or small villas. All the boilers of the range are equipped with a high circulation primary heat exchanger and with an adjustable system by-pass, to guarantee the greater flexibility of the apparel to different kinds of heating systems.

NEW CONCEPT OF SANITARY COMFORT
The stainless steel (INOX) storage tank represents an inexhaustible reserve of sanitary hot water, always available at the desired temperature. This characteristic allows ZEUS Superior kW to satisfy the exigencies of more contemporary withdrawals, for example when taking the shower or opening more taps at the same time. When the use of hot water is required for a long time, for example to fill the bath or the hydromassage tub, ZEUS Superior kW provides to restore the water temperature inside the storage tank, to guarantee the maximum comfort.

A REAL COMFORT FOR YOU

The boilers sanitary comfort level is regulated by the EN 13203-1 European standard, ascribing a (voluntary) stars marking to a maximum of 3; among the different tests carried out, the most significant parameters are the hot water waiting time, the temperature stability as the delivery varies and the stabilization time of the same temperature. The ZEUS Superior kW range, thanks to its stainless steel (INOX) storage tank with 60 litres capacity and to the boilers electronics, has obtained the 3 stars marking, the best achievable!
