Green Series 60 mm ducting system
For condensing boilers of rated power lower than 35 kW
The Immergas 60 mm ducting system can be used only with Immergas condensing boilers. Thanks to its particularly small diameter, the system can be routed without difficulty through already existing narrow chimney stacks, with the advantage that the installation of a gas fired system can be completed with remarkable simplicity and maximum efficiency.
The system is installed by assembling all the components provided in single kits, which are each time necessary.
The ducting system solution allows the use of domestic space heating not only through existing narrow chimney stacks but also of vertical expanded spaces with closed perimeter.
From the installation point of view this provides a particularly rapid solution for lining an existing but unsuitable chimney stack; a 90 elbow is connected to the boiler flue outlet, and the new liner then made up using as many straight 60 mm extension as are needed, finishing at the top with flue terminal.
The pipes are closed through clamps alternated with spacer closing bands that, thanks to their expansion tongues, allow the pipe to stay in the middle of the chimney.
IMMERGAS GUARANTEE Immergas guarantee its ducting system according to the updated technical regulation, on condition that it is installed following the installation safety rules. The installation has to be effected in conformity with the assembling instruction provided by the manufacturers.

Blue Series 80 mm ducting system
The system consists in a series of components, supplied as individual kits, which can be assembled in 3 different configurations: 1. TWO-TEE ducting system 2. ONE-TEE ducting system 3. ducting system WITH INLET BEND
In every configuration the pipes of the ducting system can be positioned, apart from existing chimneys, also in shaft without good develop and with close perimeter.
1. TWO-TEE ducting system With this solution the ducting system pipes are fitted into a TEE connections, in order to connect: The boiler, coupled to the horizontal leg A second tee element, with a respective inspection flap, located at a convenient height below the boiler This system allows easy inspection of the flue and includes a special condensate collector kit to which a drain line can be connected.

2. ONE- TEE ducting system In this configuration, the pipes of the ducting system end at the bottom with a TEE, of which the horizontal leg is connected to the boiler. The vertical bottom leg of the TEE incorporates a condensate collector kit that can be coupled to a drain line with a siphon trap. The flue is inspected from the point at which the duct connects with the boiler.
3. Ducting system WITH INLET BEND This is the quickest ducting solution for lining an existing but unsuitable chimney. The connection between the boiler and the inlet end of ducting system is made with a 90 bend. Using this configuration, the 80 condense tank kit will be positioned near the boiler flue outlet (code 3.012009)

Condense and enjoy

A condensing boiler is an eco-friendly boiler. The special burner allows to lower pollutant emissions such as carbon monoxide (CO) and nitrogen oxides (NO x ), two of the main responsible of air pollution. In fact, condensing boilers belong to class 5, the most environment-friendly class established by the European standards (UNI EN 297 e UNI EN 483). Condensing boilers have an advanced modulating system which can perfectly adjust the heat output to the real needs of the heating system. The modulating range, wider than in traditional boilers, ensures the right comfort and wellness inside the house, in all different climatic situations throughout the year.

Light commercial VICTRIX range is composed by wall-hung condensing boilers with heat outputs from 50 to 115 kW, designed by Immergas to satisfy different kinds of installation exigencies. The high efficiency ratings achieved are ideal when it comes to heating large volumes domestic systems (such as semi-detached houses or apartment blocks) and for commercial and industrial uses. Light commercial VICTRIX models are heating only appliances, pre-engineered to operate both as single appliances or in cascade, with the advantage of providing a globally higher efficiency at lower running costs. The wide modulation range characterizing the light commercial VICTRIX models and the possibility to manage up to a maximum of 8 appliances in cascade, allow to obtain great flexibility in the offer of the available heat outputs.

Minimum heat output

The cascade system consists in the installation of two or more modular generators in parallel, connected to a control system regulating its functioning as if it was a single appliance. The total heat output is equal to the sum of each single generator output. Distributing the heat output on more than one unit brings many important advantages:

Higher efficiency compared with the use of a single generator of great heat output, which would have to work with a reduced heating load for a good part of the heating period, with consequent general lower efficiency. Less expenses thanks to the better efficiency. Greater safety as the subdivision in more units allows to maintain the heating function active even in case of maintenance on one of the connected appliances. Greater flexibility with the possibility of distributing the heating request on all the appliances, while the functioning sequence avoids the fast deterioration of one boiler respect the other.

The thermoregulation system
All light commercial VICTRIX boilers are provided with new generation electronics, offering the best performances thanks to their regulation flexibility. In case of zones systems or cascade systems, it will be necessary to pre-arrange an adequate thermoregulation device able to manage every single appliance and elaborate the information from the system, in order to meet the most varied operating requirements.
Connected to the cascade and zones regulator, it allows to keep the operating appliance and the heating system information handy and under control. This means that the previously set functioning parameters (turn on/off, temperatures, etc.) can be easily modified by the user, without having to operate on the central regulator.
Central unit of the thermoregulation system, it allows to control, monitor and program the operating sequence of a maximum of 8 generators in cascade. The regulator controls the boilers delivery temperature adjusting it to the system requirements. The regulator can manage up to 3 different zones (2 of which at high/low temperature) and a sanitary circuit for a separate storage tank. It is also possible to install up to 5 regulators in parallel (of which only one, called master, will be connected to the generators) to control up to a maximum of 15 heating zones and 5 storage tanks for the domestic hot water production.
Connected to the cascade and zones regulator, it allows the user to regulate the room temperature of the single zones into which the system is divided.

External probe

Connected to the boiler, it allows to optimize the energy consumptions automatically adjusting the system delivery temperature to suit the outdoor temperature variations.

Single installation

All light commercial VICTRIX models are standard provided in B23 configuration (open chamber, fan assisted) but they can work also as sealed chamber fan assisted (C type) using the special kits supplied by Immergas. To correctly install the boiler, it is necessary to use the original Immergas Green Series flue systems; these components and accessories are specially designed to guarantee higher resistance to corrosion and fast and easy installation, thanks also to the push-fit assembly and special gasket seals.

Cascade installation

In case of cascade systems in B23 configuration (open chamber, fan assisted), it is necessary to use a special flue manifold with a non-return device (flue locks) supplied by Immergas, so that the combustion products of one working boiler do not interfere with the combustion circuit of the not working boilers.

The climatic accessory range, exclusively designed for light commercial VICTRIX boilers, allows the optimization of the heating system climatic regulation, both in case of single installation and cascade systems. The modularity of Immergas regulation system allows to customize the installation according to the specific needs. The hydraulic kits, especially dedicated to light commercial VICTRIX models, are designed to simplify the installation operations and to optimize the boiler performances. The hydraulic manifolds for the cascade installation are provided with intercepting valves allowing the boiler maintenance without having to stop the whole system.
