Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a Customer Relationship Management software package developed by Microsoft. Its a solution that provides the tools and capabilities needed to create and easily maintain a clear picture of customers, from first contact through to purchase and post-sales. Cardiris 4s specific export and import capabilities with Microsoft Dynamics, helps businesses in their daily contact management with a fast and accurate encoding and organizing of prospects and customers business cards.
