| Jabra no return I recently received the Jabra SP500 Speakerphone, which was faulty. I returned it, called the telephone number. Really good, make sure you charge it Very good, clear sound, volume goes very loud. Keep in-car charger in car as battery does run out. Does what it says - very well I was deliberating over this cheap option and that to have a hands free kit fitted that interfaces with the stereo. | |

Thank you.2
Thank you
Thank you for purchasing a Jabra SP500 the most versatile Bluetooth speakerphone on the market. Jabra has become the market leader in hands-free communication products through the innovation and performance of our products. The Jabra SP500 is designed to perform superbly in any location in the car, the home or the office.
BEFORE USING YOUR SPEAKERPHONE
The Jabra SP500 is compatible with most Bluetooth (see Glossary) mobile phones. You can Glossary check whether your phone has Bluetooth capability by visiting your phone manufacturers web site or Jabras web site (http://www.Jabra.com/JabraCMS/NA/EN/MainMenu/Products/ ProductFinder.htm) which has complete information on compatibility.
Drive safely
Several studies have shown that cell phone usage while driving creates a distraction to the driver which may increase the likelihood of an accident. This distraction potential is not eliminated by the use of a hands-free phone. Hands-free phones have not been shown to be safer than hand-held phones with respect to driver distraction. When using the phone while driving, keep conversations short and resist any temptation to make notes or read documents. Before answering calls consider your circumstances. Pull off the road and park before making or answering calls when driving conditions require (e.g. bad weather, high traffic density, presence of children in the car, difficult junctions or manoeuvres.)
Charge the batteries
Remember, driving comes first, not the call!
Abide by local laws. Please check if the local laws where you live restrict the use of mobile phones while driving. It is the owners responsibility to use this product in compliance with the laws of the place where you live.
