| This video camera is a great camcorder, it is easy to use and pretty inexpensive. This camera does have its draw backs but not the camera itself. After years of borrowing camcorders from friends or family I finally found one I liked enough to buy. We wanted a new compact camcorder primarily for the family, but also for my husband to use for the military and outdoors. This fit the bill great! | |

| My siblings and I bought this camera for my mom for Christmas. We wanted to get her something to capture her first grandchild. Good & smart thing. JVC Everio GZ is good for home user but not for avid video editors. The files are not too user friendly yet. | |

| This camera has it all 35x optical zoom never miss that shot again from being to far away. Recording Media - This is both Hard Drive (which they market as HD) and MicroSD. | |

| I like it so far :) So far everything is working fine,nice little camcorder,was worth the money Only 1 con,the audio seems kind yuk. One caveat of note for the JVC Everio(s) (and this may very well apply to other JVC models) the video files the camera produces are .mod files. | |

| "The recommendation for the Memory Card is incorrect on the web site. It can not hold the SD4. It holds the Micro SD Card. "I bought the camcorder last week for $359 and I was rewarded with the easy use of the camcorder. I can just flip open the camcorder screen. | |

| What a camcorder. Great on Image quality and is packed with features. Heaps of capacity and I can use Micro SD cards as well. Purchased Christmas 2008. Great size, easy to setup and use. Video quality good, but at 8. this is a fantastic camcorder. | |
