Customers may claim the two classic DVD titles, i.e. The Fellowship Of The Ring and The Two Towers, upon purchase of a selected JVC package, e.g Television, VCR, DVD player or Television with a combination deck, or from a selection of other JVC products. The offer is open to all residents of the United Kingdom, Channel Isles and Republic of Ireland, aged 18 years or over. Claims must be made on an official claim form, in block capital letters and in ink or ballpoint pen. The promoters reserve the right to disqualify incomplete, altered, illegible or fraudulent claims. All claim forms must be accompanied by proof of purchase (we recommend that you take a copy of your receipt before sending in your claim). Please include a cheque/postal order for 1.15 (3.75 for residents in Eire) to cover the postage, made payable to JVC (UK) LTD. Claim forms and proof of purchase become the property of the promoters and will NOT be returned. There are no cash alternatives. This claim is non-transferable. Only one claim per household.
