|Good product I agree, this item came very quickly, direct from Germany. Great reception as well - no loss of channels Some people experience poor quality image when replacing a freewview box with a more expansive PVR box.|

The hull and deck are constructed of vacuum bagged 3/4 aircraft grade balsa with white NPG isophthalic gelcoat and hand laminated S-glass (rather than the standard E-glass) knitted fabrics to prevent voids, control resin content and maximize strength to weight ratios. Glass to resin ratio exceeds 2:1 and the entire hull was vacuum bagged (as was my Moore 24) during layup. All furniture, panels and cabinets are
bonded to the hull and deck to provide an integrated structure. The boot stripe is blue with a thin gray accent stripe that matches the light gray cove stripe. The molded nonskid is also light gray. There is a Kevlar collision mat laminated into the inner skin of the main bulkhead and water tight bulkhead in the forward section of the hull. The hull to deck joint has a 4 overlap sealed with epoxy resin putty and thru-bolted on 4" centers. Three windows in the hull provide easy inspection of the keel, prop and rudder. As on my Moore 24 Spitfire (USYRU 77674), there have been some additions such as titanium tie rods into the main bulkhead for the mainmast and titanium drilled and tapped backing plates for all the winches to eliminate all nuts and washers. All tracks have titanium backing plates. Decks are very clean and easy to move about. There are 24 lifelines with gates and laminated flush stanchion pockets and SS bow and stern pulpits. The heavy duty 316 SS anchor roller is removable (three captive bolts). Custom fabricated, 316 SS handrails are on the cabin top. The large, secure cockpit drains rapidly through the open transom and includes a recessed companionway hatch with seahood, recessed engine instrument panel with lexan cover and molded on-deck navigation inserts. The helm station is raised with molded foot chocks for the helmsperson and mainsheet trimmer. There is a custom fabricated 5' anodized aluminum wheel with fast ratio steering, custom wheel guard and binnacle mounted 5" Ritchie compass. Lazarettes in the cockpit provide access to the garage to port and additional storage to starboard. Propane is in a recessed propane locker with a sheet bag cover. Four Wichard folding padeyes are located in the cockpit for safety harness attachments. There is a transom swim step/boarding platform for easy access to the cockpit.
