Terms & Conditions: 1. The Big Sales Day Redemption Program (the program) is applicable to the principal
cardholders of the Bank of Communications Credit Card (the cardholder) issued by Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. Hong Kong Branch (the Bank), and any other credit card designated by the Bank from time to time, excluding the PC Internet Card and Gift Card. 2. Unless otherwise stated, the program is valid from 16 May to 31 August 2011, both dates inclusive (the promotion period). 3. Principal credit cardholders can enjoy redemption offers of this program by submitting the redemption form during the promotion period, and the Banks successful deduction of the redemption value or bonus points. This program only allows the principal cardholder to sign the redemption form. 4. The Diamond Card / Platinum Card principal cardholder can redeem gifts at the special redemption price or bonus points (if applicable). 5. Except specific gifts, if the principal cardholder is qualified for the redemption requirement, a gift redemption letter will be sent to the principal cardholders mailing address within 4 to 6 weeks from the date the Bank approves the gift redemption and inform the principal cardholder to redeem the gift items, free delivery service will be arranged for Wine order, please refer to the redemption letter for the arrangement. 6. The transaction amount for the redemption program cannot be counted into the existing cardholders cash rebate reward scheme or bonus points reward scheme or spending requirement for welcome gift. 7. During the promotion period, the principal cardholder account must have sufficient credit limit, bonus point, maintain valid status and in good standing at the time of the gift redemption for the program. 8. All redemption gifts cannot be canceled or change once applied and confirmed. Gifts items are in limited supply and being redeemed on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last. All gifts items are not convertible into cash. If the cardholder account is cancelled or in violation of the Cardholder Agreement during the promotion period or at the time when the gift item is being redeemed, the cardholders eligibility will be voided. 9. Any fraud and cheating will result in the forfeiture of a cardholder's eligibility to participate in the program and entitlement of the gift redemption. 10. The gift items for this program are provided by the relevant suppliers or merchants. The Bank accepts no liability for the gift items or services provided by the suppliers or merchants. 11. The Bank reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions, to change or terminate the promotional offer of the program at any time without prior notice to the cardholders.
