I bought this lens for a family member who has just upgraded to a digital SLR on the strength of my 8 years experience with an earlier version of this... One a superb lens! Not to noisy and very quick at focusing even at 300mm. It is possible to take photos at 300mm hand held.

This Sigma lens is a good entry level telezoom lens. The macro function make a big plus to this product. The picture is sharp. Aperture is acceptable. Good len with this price. especially when you take a pic within 70-200 and the quality is almost the same constant focus. The speed of focus is slow. by far the best telephoto lens for my sony dslr. Sharp pictures however low lighting is problematic. otherwise, this lens cant be beat for the price.

best buy you can get and its really good to learn from. I purchased this lens for use on my 5D MK11 and my 7D. Sharpness at the short end is good but above 200mm it is poor on both my camera bodies.

Less space

more quality
Many small businesses still work with a large variety of analogue office devices: a printer to print, a copier to copy, and a fax machine for faxing. But doesnt it make more sense to use one space-saving device that can perform all of these functions? An up-to-date machine that offers results which analogue equipment simply cannot deliver. Konica Minolta has the compact answer to your business needs. The bizhub 160, 160 f and 161 are high-quality compact multifunctional devices that do it all, and digitally, too. Its sparing in size, but large in effectiveness and quality.
Which one is right for you?
The bizhub 160, 160f and 161 are three different pre-configured monochrome devices with an output of 16 pages per minute. Each one is designed to meet the specific needs of your small business, workgroup or workstation. The bizhub 160 is ideal for busy offices that require quick on-the-spot copies or prints of documents. The bizhub 160 f has a built-in fax function suitable for home offices where quotes or invoices have to be printed, correspondence faxed and documents copied. The bizhub 161 is the right device for a workgroup in which the entire team requires access to a network printer but also needs the occasional copy. Whichever model you choose, the benefits are great: low hardware costs, convenient copying as well as functions that you never expected from such a small convenient digital system, like colour scanning.

Quality results: As a GDI printer, the bizhub 160 delivers up to 16 pages per minute of crisp and clear text, diagrams and photographs. Convenient to use: The bizhub 160, 160f and 161 are all equipped with the easy to read and easy to use operation panel. As opposed to analogue devices, you get your first copy just a few seconds after pressing the start button with these timesaving machines. And you only need to scan an original once to produce as many copies as you need. Cost-effective functions: The bizhub 160 reduces the costs of copying thanks in part to the 2-in-1 function that enables two originals to be copied onto a single page, lowering paper and toner consumption. Special features: The colour TWAIN scanning function is ideal for preparing PowerPoint presentations.
Compact, convenient and cost-effective
In addition to all the functions of a bizhub 160, the bizhub 160 f is equipped with a wide range of fax and archiving features. PC Fax: The bizhub 160 f has a fast fax modem and automatic document feeder that enables you to scan voluminous documents ready for faxing. Every connected user can send faxes right from his or her PC with the bizhub 160 f. If the recipient has an E-mail address, the scanned documents can be mailed from the device via the Internet instead of more expensive telephone connections.
Document management utilities: The bizhub 160/160 f/161 encompasses Konica Minoltas PageScope software package: PageScope Cabinet 2.0 is a digital asset management utility that enables you to easily, quickly and efficiently store, find and manage document files. Paper documents can also be stored digitally with the Scan-to-FTP function included in the bizhub 160 f.

than just a copier

If your business is networked, you can get a lot more than copies out of the bizhub 161. Besides copying and scanning, it is also a PCL printer. Every connected user now has access to 16 pages per minute of outstanding digital prints with a resolution of up to 1,200 x 600 dpi.

Competence in a compact

device
Like the bizhub 160 and bizhub 160 f, the bizhub 161 is also a multifunctional device. Documents can even be scanned while a colleague uses this convenient compact system as a printer. The machines networkability naturally means that any connected team member can access it. And last but not least, the bizhub 161 includes Konica Minoltas PageScope Net Care utility that simplifies network administration by allowing IT managers to carry out their own remote monitoring.
