Which one is right for you?
The bizhub 160, 160f and 161 are three different pre-configured monochrome devices with an output of 16 pages per minute. Each one is designed to meet the specific needs of your small business, workgroup or workstation. The bizhub 160 is ideal for busy offices that require quick on-the-spot copies or prints of documents. The bizhub 160 f has a built-in fax function suitable for home offices where quotes or invoices have to be printed, correspondence faxed and documents copied. The bizhub 161 is the right device for a workgroup in which the entire team requires access to a network printer but also needs the occasional copy. Whichever model you choose, the benefits are great: low hardware costs, convenient copying as well as functions that you never expected from such a small convenient digital system, like colour scanning.

In addition to all the functions of a bizhub 160, the bizhub 160 f is equipped with a wide range of fax and archiving features. PC Fax: The bizhub 160 f has a fast fax modem and automatic document feeder that enables you to scan voluminous documents ready for faxing. Every connected user can send faxes right from his or her PC with the bizhub 160 f. If the recipient has an E-mail address, the scanned documents can be mailed from the device via the Internet instead of more expensive telephone connections.
Document management utilities: The bizhub 160/160 f/161 encompasses Konica Minoltas PageScope software package: PageScope Cabinet 2.0 is a digital asset management utility that enables you to easily, quickly and efficiently store, find and manage document files.
