| My father kept telling me to get the Sony S570, but I grabbed the Samsung C6500 because Best Buy was out of the Sony. I had high hopes when I bought the 6500 but was quickly deflated. I returned the Sony because it froze on me about 10 times (the words "see you" in the display screen kept blinking and blinking forever. | |

Outstanding customer supportanswers before I bought, ultra fast ship by Vanns, excellent packaging, Blu-Ray player completely as advertised. Extremely easy setup. This is the second Blu-Ray player thtat I have owned and this one was much easier to use. Great picture detail. | |

| This Samsung was very easy to connect to my other components and to the internet. The remote is easy to use. I really enjoy using the Pandora feature. Great image quality. Horrible wifi setup. Would not keep connected and Samsung customer service is terrible as they blamed me for wifi issues. | |
