| Could not believe how easy it was to install this router. And once installed it reached every nook and cranny of the house. design, easy to setup. We have used probably 50 of these and the previous version here in Kabul. For a guy that IT is about 5th on the list of duties. | |

Powerful. The top model of the LANCOM VPN series serves as an extremly powerful Dynamic VPN gateway for medium-sized and large locations. Due to the Fast Ethernet uplink, LANCOM 8011 VPN is the ideal partner for all connection variants and offers with its hardware encryption module enough capacity for high-bandwidth and future-proof location couplings. Equipped with 200 VPN channels by default, the device can be upgraded to 500 or 1000 remote sites.
Versatile. With the IPSec extension LANCOM dynamic VPN it is possible to connect branch offices with dynamic IP addresses (standard broadband connection) at any time even if the receiving station is not always on. The provided management tools LANconfig and LANmonitor support a complete real time monitoring apart from comfortable remote maintenance of the branch offices. With the central RADIUS user administration* even large VPNs becomes easily administerable.
Future-proof. The IP quality of service functions offer dynamic bandwidth management, in particular for Voice over IP telephone systems, for critical applications or certain user groups. Due to its N:N IP address mapping also existing networks can be integrated seamlessly into VPNs. And regular free software updates of the LANCOM operating system LCOS are available at any time.
