Easy Ways to Access Secure Mobile Printing
Every environment with existing high-speed Internet access wired or wireless can reduce their support burden with Ricohs versatile HotSpot Printer technology.
Mobile handheld device printing Simply forward any e-mail from PDAs or Internet-enabled cell phones with or without attachments to the HotSpot Printers e-mail address. No drivers required! Driverless Web-based printing Surf to the HotSpot Printer Web address using any browser, and upload a file or enter the Web page URL to be printed. After submitting each print request, the service automatically replies to the senders e-mail address with a secure release code. At the keypad attached to the printer, the user then enters the code to release their print job. Ironclad data encryption All print jobs are encrypted and transferred using 128-bit secure SSL communications. Security and peace of mind After printing, every job is automatically and permanently erased from printer memory. No worries about unauthorized reprinting or data remaining on the hard drive.

1. Documents and Web pages to be printed are sent from a wired or wireless laptop, cell phone, or handheld device to the PrintSpots server using 128-bit SSL encryption. 1. The printers unique Web page or E-mail address is noted on a label affixed to the printer. 1. Each job is assigned a private release code automatically.
2. The receiving server generates a compressed printable data file and transmits it securely to the destination printer, once again using 128-bit SSL encryption for complete file integrity and protection.

The Ricoh SP 4100N-KP ships with a starter All-In-One print cartridge with a 6,000-page yield. All other consumables ship at full yield.
