General Description:

The First Baptist Church of Claude Texas is located in the heart of historic cattle country pioneered by legendary rancher Col. Charles Goodnight. The expansive Palo Duro Canyon is located just minutes away from this beautiful sanctuary. In order to preserve the traditional look of the interior, the church selected a Vutec ascending projection screen that is only visible when in use. The Sanyo projector is suspended from the super-structure to avoid lens vibrations generated from activity in the balcony. The projector is located in the rear of the sanctuary to limit its visible presence. The control desk was custombuilt to match the existing audio console. The console contains a Kramer switcher / scaler with dual outputs to feed a 42 LCD display located on the back wall of the room. A Kramer button remote allows the operator to perform a complete system power up or down with the touch of a single button. The remote can also select the commonly used inputs such as computer and DVD.
