| Clarity/resolution, convenience, brightness, Customer Service response/replacement Backlight went out on one monitor (other is still fine). Compact form factor, bright high contrast image, excellent viewing angle. Difficult to adjust mount. Portrait mode does not work on Windows XP. | |
