When Will I Receive My Reward?

Merchandise Rewards

Delivery will be made to your statement address within 21 business days. Back-ordered items may take slightly longer. Delivery will be made between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. If no one is available, a card will be left for collection from your local post office. If delivery is to a business address, please include the business name when redeeming. Rewards cannot be delivered outside Australia. Order before 4 December to ensure pre-Christmas delivery.
Certificate and Voucher Rewards
