Step 1: Once you have purchased your LG qualifying product(s), visit www.LG.ca and click on the banner Well Pay You to Get Rid of Your Old Appliances to enter the promotion Microsite.
Step 2: Click on Redeem Rebate and follow the step by step instructions to register your claim. Even if you have not taken delivery of your appliance(s), you can still pre-register. After you have submitted the pre-registration information you will receive a follow-up email which will contain your user ID and password. Please retain this information as you will need it to re-enter the site, once you have taken delivery of your appliance(s), to complete your redemption process. Step 3: Once you have received your appliance(s), you will be required to locate the serial numbers of each appliance, log back into our registration page, and enter the serial number information in order to have your rebate sent to you. Note: You are also required to remit a proof of purchase online or via mail. Please follow the instructions online or mail to the following address for validation.
