No late entries will be accepted. 4.If for any reason you are unable to provide the serial number of your product (e.g. you are awaiting delivery), submit your claim by 15 April 2008, stating that the serial number is TBA and provide this information as soon as possible in order for your entry to be deemed valid. 5.Please allow 8 weeks, from receipt of claim form, for delivery of your Grocery or Fuel Voucher*.

Any entry not complying with these Terms is invalid. 2. This Promotion is only open to Australian residents currently residing in Australia. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, related companies and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to claim the Caltex Fuel Voucher or Coles Grocery Voucher. 3. Sending the Promoter an application for the Promotion deems acceptance of these Terms. 4. One claim may be made for each participating product purchased. Multiple purchase entries are accepted, but are limited to a maximum of 5 (five) claims per person or business regardless of the model or product purchased. 5. 6. Claim your Caltex Fuel or Coles Grocery Voucher by completing the original entry form, attaching a copy of your tax invoice or purchase receipt, indicating the model number and serial number of the product purchased, and nominating your preference for a Caltex Fuel or Coles Grocery Voucher and posting it in a stamped envelope to The LIFES GOOD, LOAD IT UP Fuel and Grocery Voucher Promotion, PO Box 627 Eastern Suburbs Mail Centre, NSW 2004. If for any reason you are unable to provide the serial no. prior to 15 April 2008 (Closing Date) (e.g. you are awaiting the delivery of your product), you should submit your entry form (prior to the Closing Date mentioned above) stating on the form that the serial number is TBA and provide this information as soon as possible thereafter. Only then will your entry be deemed as valid. 7. All claims must be received by the Promoter by no later than 5pm EST on the Closing Date. Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms or received after the Closing Date will not be considered. 8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail. 9. The Promotion is not applicable to purchases made on rental payment plans, lay-by or in conjunction with any other offer. 10. Delivery of the Caltex Fuel or Coles Grocery Voucher will take up to eight weeks from receipt of valid claim. 11. If the Caltex Fuel or Coles Grocery Voucher is unavailable, the Promoter will substitute a similar gift of equivalent value. The Caltex Fuel or Coles Grocery Voucher will only be delivered in Australia and is not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Gift values are the recommended retail value in Australian dollars. 12. The Promoter, its agents and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged Caltex Fuel or Coles Grocery Vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice. 13. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim which is not in accordance with these Terms. 14. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of taking or using the Caltex Fuel or Coles Grocery Voucher, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 15. All claims become the property of the Promoter. By participating in the Promotion, unless otherwise advised by the claimant, each claimant consents to the information they submit with their claim form being entered into a database and consents to the Promoter using and disclosing this information in any media for future promotional, marketing, direct marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. Each claimant consents to the Promoter or any third party on behalf of the Promoter sending commercial electronic messages to any electronic address provided by the entrant with their claim form in connection with the Promotion and any related purpose and also for any future promotional, marketing and direct marketing purposes. Each claimant warrants it is responsible for all electronic addresses the claimant has provided to the Promoter. All personal details of the entrants will be held by the Promoter in accordance with the Promoters Privacy Policy and Disclosure Statement which can be accessed by visiting www.lge.com.au. Any requests to opt-out, access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter using the contact details provided below. 16. The Promoter may disclose your personal information to a marketing company for the purpose of engaging that company to undertake marketing activities on behalf of the Promoter. 17. The Promoter collects your information on the claim form in order to process your claim and determine your eligibility for the Caltex Fuel or Coles Grocery Voucher. If you do not provide the Promoter with all the information requested on the claim form, the Promoter may not be able to process your claim and may not be able to provide you with the Caltex Fuel or Coles Grocery Voucher. 18.
