A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS TO NASH COUNTY TO IMPROVE SECURITY AT THE COURTHOUSE. The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts: SECTION 1. There is appropriated from the General Fund to Nash County the sum of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for the 2004-2005 fiscal year to improve security in the County's courthouse. SECTION 2. This act becomes effective July 1, 2004.
