MOIST BALANCE CRISPER

This is a special lattice-type box cover which maintains moisture at an optimum level. Moisture from the stored food is evaporated and then condensed on the lattice, maintaining the correct balance in the air around the food.

Select the right temperature according to the food type. 4C = VEGETABLES: The optimum temperature or storing vegetables. -1C = OPTIMAL FRESHNESS: Keeps the freshness of raw meat and fish by stopping the enzymatic action. This will keep the foods fresher for longer. -3C = LIGHT FREEZING (7~10 DAYS): Freezes only the water contained in the food (Meat ~65% / Fish ~75%) this preserves the flesh. Meat and fish will remain fresh longer and they dont need to be thawed before cooking.
