simplyRKK Reward Program is open to all CORPORATE customers of Sistem RKK, Sinar RKK, ABAS Business Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd (SRKK Group of Companies). Every RM 10 spent with SRKK will be converted to 1 point from 1st of January 2010. All points will expire at end of 31st December 2010. simplyRKK points earned are non-transferable, assignable and/or not to any other organization. All rewards featured for existing customers are valid for redemption until 12 January 2011. New customer rewards point accumulation will persist within a year from the first invoice issued. All redemptions submitted cannot be exchanged, cancelled or returned. Points accumulated are only entitled for redemption after full payment of purchase has been settled. Redemption items featured in this program are not exchangeable for CASH or Credit Note. All rewards will be delivered to only office addresses and SRKK is not responsible to install the featured rewards. Customers are advised to examine the reward items upon delivery. SRKK shall not oblige to reco gnize or replace any defective, lost, damaged or stolen rewards. All rewards are subject to availability. SRKK reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to discontinue an item or to substitute a similar item of equal value at any time without notice prior to that item being redeemed. Delivery of goods takes 4 to 6 weeks after submission. For trip/tour packages are subject to take 8 to 12 weeks after the closing date to process. SRKK reserves the right to suspend or terminate the program at any time it deems necessary. In such a case, SRKK shall give advance notice to customers in the manner SRKK deems appropriate. SRKK reserves the right to omit, add or amend the simplyRKK Terms and Conditions with no prior notice. Any new or amended terms and conditions will override the existing simplyRKK T&C. SRKK will not entertain any collection request beyond the stipulated deadline. Eligible customers will be not be notified but members should check with an SRKK sales person for their points collected. SRKK shall not be liable for any default in respect of deliver the goods due to any act of God, war, riot, strike, lockout, fire, flood, drought, storm or any event beyond the reasonable control of SRKK.
