Earphones Although the earphones work fine, one of them lost the metal outside cover within a week. Also one of the cords (right and left). Apple Earphones They are the Apple earphones. Exactly what you expect. The mic and button work with the iPhone 3G, but not the volume buttons.

Took me a few days of googling to hack this phone to work with t-mobile. It comes with 1.1.1 OS out of the box now. So I downgraded to 1. I have used this phone since July and love it. It brings so many features together into one device. The keyboard is great.

Absolutely LOVE my iPhone! I was an initial adopter of mobileme when it had problems. However, those have been ironed out and the product works as advertised.

I love my new iphone, it was very easy to sync with itunes - both music and contacts, very intuitive to learn how to do things. Logicom-20

BTE/FM with DSR
People with hearing loss encounter two primary problems: listening in noise and hearing critical high frequency speech sounds. A solution to these problems is now available in one hearing instrument,Logicom-20 BTE/FM with Dynamic Speech ReCoding (DSR). Another first in hearing instrument sophistication and miniaturization, AVR has combined the proven benefits and reliability of Extend-Ear , the first BTE/FM hearing system and Impact DSR675, the first BTE capable of moving critical high frequency speech information to lower frequencies.
Logicom-20' s integrated FM receiver eliminates the need for attachable FM boots or external antennas. High quality sound from Logicom TX-20 FM transmitter/microphone is "transparently" received at ear level. Cosmetic acceptability is reinforced by Logicom-20' s sleek design and compact size. Logicom-20 is a state of the art multiprogram, programmable hearing aid that allows clinicians to program Logicom-20 as a hearing aid alone, a hearing aid with FM, a hearing aid with Dynamic Speech Re-Coding or an FM with Dynamic Speech Re-Coding. Logicom-20 is available in two models, Logicom-20/M and Logicom-20/P. It is intended for people with mild to severe hearing loss in the low frequencies and moderately-severe to profound hearing loss in the high frequencies.

Design Features:

No external antenna! The antenna is hidden in the hearing aid case.
Operates on the 216-217 MHz band. Has improved immunity to interferences and extended reception range. Channel Changeability - by attaching a miniature channel boot, Logicom20' s built-in channel can be changed for added flexibility. A user adjustable program switch allows for electronic control of two, three or four memory programs. Listening environments include: Mic Only, Mic + FM, and FM only. A unique programmable AGC provides precise control of FM priority when Logicom-20 is set to M+FM.

User Controls:

Program Switch - Logicom-20 is available in two program switch configurations: Momentary Switch: permits the client to select up to four programs with the touch of a button. Two-Position Toggle Switch: designed for children, the two-position toggle switch permits use of only two programs. There is a visible switch position indicator that allows parents or teachers to know the program the child is currently using. Volume Control - A user adjustable volume control is standard on Logicom-20.
Standard Programmable Controls
Using AVR's Clinician Fitting Environment (CFE) or the hand-held Clinician Fitting Programmer (CFP), Logicom-20's fitting flexibility allows clinicians to adjust the following traditional hearing aid parameters: Input Automatic Gain Control: AGC-I Knee Point: 54, 57, 60, 65 and 68 dBSPL. Attack Time: <4mS AGC-I Release Time: 0.7, 1.5, 3.0, and 5.0 Seconds Compression Ratio: Curvilinear, gradually changing from 1.5:1 to 6.5:1. Output Automatic Gain Control: AGC-O Output Limiting Range: 0 to -14dB in 2dB steps. Attack Time: 4mS Release Time: 50mS Compression Ratio :1 +6dB: this control adds 6dB of gain when AGC-I/KP is set to 60 and above. Frequency Response: 10 High Pass Filters, 10 Low Pass Filters for a combination of 100 filter shaping options.

59 @ 1100Hz 200-4600 6% 4% 2% 32 dB 4.5 mA
Note: Replacing the damped earhook with an undamped earhook adds approximately 5dB HFA and 8dB to the peak gain. Warning to dispensers: Special care should be exercised in selecting and fitting a hearing aid with maximum sound pressure level that exceeds 132 decibels due to risk of impairing the remaining hearing of the user. Note: due to the dynamic nature of DSR functions, it is not possible to obtain meaningful ANSI measurements when DSR controls are activated.

Dynamic Speech Re-Coding Controls
When standard hearing aid controls do not provide sufficient audibility of critical high frequency speech information, faint high frequency sounds may be accessed using the following DSR parameters: Frequency Compression for Voiceless (FCVL): Proportionally compresses voiceless sounds by coefficients of 1.5 to 5.0 in 0.25 steps. Dynamic Consonant Boost (DCB): Two controls, one for lower frequency voiceless sounds and one for higher frequency voiceless sounds, add up to 9 dB gain in 1dB steps to voiceless sounds. Frequency Compression for Voiced (FCV): Proportionally compresses voiced sounds by one coefficient, 1.25.

Logicom-20 FM Priority FM Priority is a method of determining the relationship between the FM signal and the hearing aid microphone. When Logicom-20' s input source is programmed to Mic + FM and a person talks into the TX-20 FM transmitter, the hearing aid microphone is attenuated. The extent to which the hearing aid microphone is attenuated can be adjusted via programming. The Multi-Program Preferences section of Logicom-20' s fitting software will automatically program Mic + FM and FM only settings with the click of a button. There are two primary applications for Mic + FM : 1. Mic + FM Speaker + Own Voice - Suitable for classroom and educational settings when the teacher's voice is the most important signal and distracting environmental sounds need to be attenuated. In this application, the AGC-I KP and AGC-I RT will be set to higher values (i.e. 65 dB SPL and 3 seconds). The higher knee point and longer release time will prolong the suppression of the hearing aid microphone resulting in less distraction from classmates and surrounding noise. 2. Mic + FM Speaker + Peers - Suitable for educational settings, meetings and conferences when the Logicom-20 user needs to hear the key speaker via the FM transmitter but also needs to hear peers via the hearing aid microphone. In this application, the AGC-I KP and AGC-I RT will be set to lower values (i.e. 57 dB SPL and 0.7 seconds). The shorter release time will reduce the amount of time the hearing aid microphone is suppressed and the lower knee point will provide higher gain so the Logicom-20 user can hear his/her peers.
