1) Offer 40 Nespresso Club Credit on your account with the purchase of any Nespresso coffee machine, excluding Nespresso Business Solution machines. 2) Valid When you purchase any Nespresso coffee machine between 19th November and 31st January 2010 inclusive at any participating retailer in the United Kingdom, or online at www.nespresso.com. 3) What you must submit Completed promotion application. ORIGINAL BAR CODE, CUT FROM THE MACHINE PACKAGING. See example bar code*. (N.B This is not the small, silver 19-digit serial number). PHOTOCOPY of the TILL RECEIPT or INVOICE issued by the retailer (proof of purchase, showing the machine model, amount and date of purchase). Please send completed application and requested proof of purchase BEFORE 28th February 2010 to: NESPRESSO Promotion, PO BOX 233, Stamford, Lincolnshire PE9 1WZ Please note that these items will not be returned. 4) Receipt of your Nespresso Club Credit Once your application is validated, a credit will be applied to the applicants Nespresso account within 4 weeks. 5) Offer restrictions Cannot be used in conjunction with any other Nespresso promotion. Only one application may be redeemed for each Nespresso coffee machine purchased. Offer limited to five applications per household/company. We do not accept bulk or third party applications. Only complete applications received before 28th February 2010 will be eligible. Valid for UK residents only. Incomplete or illegible documents will be considered as void. The 40 Nespresso Club Credit must be redeemed in full in one transaction, by 31st December 2010. The credit is non-refundable (fully or partially) and cannot be used against delivery charges.
