Oct 2009 Mac mini Computer (MC239LL/A) I thought that existing owners of earlier Mac mini Computers might find my observations useful. I love this machine. Competent server for bargain price.

AWESOME--I DECIDED TO _PASS_ ON THE NEW "IMPROVED" ONE! So glad I got this--and just in time! They are now discontinued; replaced by an ugly. My First Mac I have been a MS PC person for over 25 years, not really by choice, but by exposure and necessity.

THis is a nice little Mac. It occupies virtually no space on your desktop, and can be carried around if needed. Mac OS X runs very stably on mac mini. I have to say that I am quite impressed by this little Intel Mac Mini computer.

1. How to enter the initial test mode Turn the power on, press the SACD/CD button and the track down button more than two seconds. Display: F 0 TEST 2. Version check mode 1 Press the SACD/CD button to enter this mode. Display: 8 Year/Month/Day 2 Model number (Press the PLAY button in the step 1.) Display: 0 Model number 3 Version (Press the PLAY button in the step 2.) Display: A Version number 4 Then press the PLAY button to return to the initial test mode. Display: F 0 TEST 3. Laser test mode 1 Press the PAUSE button to enter this mode. (In case of the no disc mode, eject the tray.) Display: Enter the laser test mode. Display: CD laser lit up (Press the STOP button in the step 2 or 4.) Display: SACD laser lit up (Press the PAUSE button in the step 2 or 3.) Display: Laser test mode completed (Press the PLAY button in the step 2, 3 or 4.) Display: F 0 TEST 4.
