Any defects that occur during normal usage will be repaired free of charge, providing the appliance has been used in accordance with the following terms and conditions. All repairs will be carried out by an expert Maytag approved technician using authentic parts direct from the manufacturer. If we cannot repair your appliance we will replace it with an appliance of the same or similar specification. To qualify for the 5 year parts and labour cover you must register your details with us within 30 days of the date of purchase by posting the application form to the address shown overleaf. Maytags friendly Customer Service team are available 8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday - Friday to provide immediate technical advice to pinpoint the fault and, if required, arrange a service appointment which is convenient to you. Terms and Conditions These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights or your purchase contract with your retailer. What is included? The cost of repairing any defects in the parts or materials used in the appliance which occur within 5 years of the date of purchase provided that: 1. The defect is not due to use of the appliance that is in any way contrary to the manufacturers operating and installation instructions, or due to an accident (whether in transit or otherwise), misuse, neglect, or repair carried out by any unauthorised third party. 2. When placing the drying cabinet next to a stacked tumble dryer and washing machine it is necessary to use the pull out shelf accessory in order for the heights and control panels to line up.

American Washing Machines require equal water pressure in both the hot and cold water inlet hoses. The water pressure must be between 30 and 120 psi. The American Tumble Dryer requires a 30 amp electrical connection and should be vented into rigid metal ducting due to high temperatures (not supplied).
