Computer hardware recycling MDG Computers is please to provide our customers with a comprehensive computer hardware recycling program that meets Canadian and US mandatory requirements for handling of e waste. Partnership in e Waste MDG partnered with the best in the world. With coordinated efforts between MDG and SIMS Group Recycling Solutions we ensure 100% of our product managed recycled with no product destined for municipal landfill. Our process inspects and removes hazards such as batteries and monitor tubes and provides downstream protection to ensure hazardous materials are not comingled. MDG is happy to coordinate a facility inspection and visitation to provide further information on our process.
How does it work? MDG works closely with our partner to ensure the proper handling of the technology to ensure only product approved for recylcing is delivered. In order to ensure that we are not returning product each request for recycling is handled on a customer by customer basis. Please send a request for recycling to sales_support@mdg.ca You will be contacted in 24 hours to step through the process of recycling your technology.

Value Added Services The following valued added services can be provided and quoted on an incident by incident basis: Serial number reporting Data wiping Certificate of destruction Onsite witness of destruction Packaging Transportation and logistics
Costs There are two main elements of cost: Transportation: MDG is willing to assist your company in coordinating the logistics to pick up and deliver the technology to the processing centre. The costs are directly affected by the manner in which the product is packaged and prepared for delivery. For your budget purposes the following are a guide: Single unit returns: $19.00 for each PC Per Skid Ontario: $225.00 Per Skid outside of Ontario to be quoted separately Recycling: MDG provides the support and coordination of recycling at no additional cost. The cost to recycle your obsolete product is a pass through directly from our partner.
