Excellent picture for the money. Slight ghosting of balls when watching tennis. The screen appears to be completely free of any dead pixels!

POWER CONNECTION Plug the AC POWER CORD to the household outlet (230 v~ 50 Hz). Make sure the voltage is correct for safety purpose and prevent possible damage to the unit. RADIO OPERATION 1. Set the POWER SWITCH to the ON position. 2. Set the AM/FM BAND SELECTION SWITCH to the desired waveband. 3. Tune to the desired station with the TUNING CONTROL. 4. Adjust the volume level with the VOLUME CONTROL. 5. To obtain better FM reception, lay out the FM ANTENNA WIRE to its full extent. 6. The radio can be switched off by setting the POWER SWITCH to the OFF position. SETTING THE CLOCK TO THE CORRECT TIME OF DAY Set the CLOCK SETTING SWITCH to the time set position, and then rotate the ROTARY SET DIAL to the left (MINUTE) or right (HOUR) hand side to set the current time. Once the time is set, set the CLOCK SETTING SWITCH to RUN position to stop the 2 flashing dots and avoid resetting the clock. SETTING THE ALARM TIME Set the CLOCK SETTING SWITCH to the alarm set position, and then rotate the ROTARY SET DIAL to the left (MINUTE) or right (HOUR) hand side to set the alarm time. Once the time is set, set the CLOCK SETTING SWITCH to RUN position to stop the 2 flashing dots and avoid resetting the alarm time. NOTE: Do not rotate the dial too quickly when you are setting the time, otherwise the clock radio will not keep up with your setting speed.

BATTERY BACKUP SYSTEM In order to guarantee an uninterrupted clock function, you can insert a 9 Volt block battery (not included). Make sure the unit is connected to the mains when inserting it! Remove the lid of the battery compartment at the rear of the unit. Connect both plug-and-socket-connections of the battery with those on the unit. Observe the polarity (+/-)! Insert the battery and close the battery compartment. Used batteries are not household refuse. Flat batteries must be disposed of at designated disposal/recycle points Please note: The display will not display the time during power failure but the clock will keep the correct time. ALARM RADIO OR BUZZER Set the POWER SWITCH to the AUTO position. Radio Wake to radio: The radio must be tuned to a radio station and the volume set to the desired level. The radio will switch on at the selected alarm time. Buzzer Wake to buzzer: Slide the VOLUME BUZZ SWITCH to the BUZZ position until you hear a CLICK sound. The buzzer will switch on at the selected alarm time.

SNOOZE FUNCTION The alarm can be interrupted for 9 minutes by pressing the SNOOZE BUTTON, after that time the radio or the alarm buzz will sound again. SWITCHING OFF THE ALARM To switch off the alarm, set the POWER SWITCH to the OFF position. SLEEP TIMER OPERATION 1. This clock radio is equipped with a SLEEP TIMER function which will switch off the radio automatically after a preselected period from 1 hour 59 minutes to 1 minute. 2. Press the SLEEP BUTTON, and then rotate the dial to the left (your desired time which is within 1 hour 59 min) or right (time fixed at 1 hour 59 min) to set the sleep time. 3. After the pre-selected SLEEP time has elapsed, the radio will switch off automatically. To switch it off before the preselected SLEEP time has elapsed, press the SNOOZE BUTTON. SLEEP TO RADIO AND WAKE TO RADIO 1. Set the desired alarm time as described in SETTING THE ALARM TIME. Tune the radio to the desired radio station. Set the POWER SWITCH to the AUTO position. 2. Set sleep time as described in the SLEEP BUTTON section and set the volume. 3. The radio will switch off after the SLEEP time has elapsed and the radio alarm will switch on again the next day.

USING THE PROJECTOR The projector projects the current time onto a wall or ceiling, preferable within a darkened room. It can be adjusted in a range of approx. 120 degrees. The projection image can be adjusted by the focus dial. The projection light can be turned on and off with the PROJECTION SWITCH. The projector clock has to be set seperately with buttons on the bottom of the unit. If you want to use the projector, you will have to pull it out first. Setting the projection time Press and hold the TIME SETTING BUTTON on the projector and then press the MINUTE BUTTON repeatedly to set the minutes. Press and hold the TIME SETTING BUTTON and then press the HOUR BUTTON repeatedly to set the minutes. When the TIME SETTING BUTTON is released, the time is set. Focusing the Projection Beam Aim the Projector so that the projection beam is positioned where you want it. Turn the focus dial on the bottom of the projector until the red clock display is focused and easy to read.
