Performance and High Availability Superior Performance and Power Quality
Using new high frequency line-interactive technology, the Pulsar Evolution delivers a sinewave output, correcting voltage variations and offering wide input voltage tolerances (up to 150V 294V). Software, included with every UPS, allows you to adjust the main operating parameters, such as input and output voltages, to ensure compatibility in all conditions.

Ultra High Availability

Hot-swappable batteries are standard in all Pulsar Evolution UPSs making access quick and easy from the front of the UPS, greatly reducing the risk of downtime. Battery extension modules can be added to the 2200 and 3000 VA models in either tower or rack configurations for extra-long backup times~over four hours! In addition, the 2 to 4 programmable outlets on each UPS can be used to reset network devices remotely and allocate longer backup times to the most critical equipment.

Extended Backup Times

Pulsar Evolution 2200 and 3000 UPSs allow for 1 to 3 battery extension modules in either tower or rack configurations for critical applications requiring extended back up times. For applications requiring more than four hours, the Pulsar Evolution 3000XL comes equipped with a super charger allowing for up to 12 battery module extensions or custom battery configurations.

The Solution-Pac software suite, with free updates downloadable from our website at www.mgeups.com, provides advanced power management solutions or configurations ranging from protection of one or more servers to SNMP or Web-based remote monitoring. And last but not least, Pulsar Evolution UPSs come with 2 to 4 programmable outlets that can be used to reset network devices remotely and allocate longer backup times to the most critical equipment.

Performance and high availability
Power quality Pulsar Evolution uses a new high-frequency Line-Interactive technology to bring users an ultra-compact UPS that delivers a sinewave output, correcting voltage variations and offering wide input voltage tolerances (up to150V - 294V). UPS-Driver software, supplied with every UPS, lets you adjust the main operating parameters to ensure compatibility with all situations, in particular with respect to input voltage tolerances and UPS sensitivity.

High availability - Source redundancy with Pulsar STS To benefit from redundant power protection, 2 Pulsar Evolution UPSs can be combined via a 1U Pulsar STS module, forming an ultra-compact high-availability power supply solution. For example, the total space required for 2 Pulsar Evolution 1500 Rack UPSs providing source redundancy via a Pulsar STS is just 3U. - Hot-swappable batteries In addition, the batteries of all Pulsar Evolution UPSs are hot-swappable from the front.
Extended backup times Pulsar Evolution 2200 and 3000 UPSs can receive 1 to 3 EXB battery extension modules in tower or rack configurations. For extra-long backup times of more than 4 hours, Pulsar Evolution 3000XL comes with a super-charger making it possible to add 4 to 12 EXB modules or custom battery configurations.
