Internal wifi: 5 high-speed wireless network routers positioned throughout the house gives the house complete wireless coverage. [See Appendix 1] Phones: The house has an internal IP based phone system capable of multiple external phone numbers and internal extensions, with a back-up Telecom fixed line. Multi Media: The house has a complete multimedia system, with server-delivered movies, TV and music distributed throughout the house on-demand. The audio system is a Sonos integrated music system which will play music from your media server to 12 locations in the house. This is controlled by several wireless interactive remotes. The Microsoft Media Centre delivers multi-media on the media PCs throughout the house and can deliver all media on demand. Smart House system: The house is managed by a C/Bus system, a microprocessor-based control and management system for buildings and homes.
