Non-Returnable Items Accessories (Lamps, remotes, brackets, cases, ceiling mounts, cables and misc. accessories) instruction booklets and service manuals are not returnable. Short shipments or defective parts must be reported within 5 days of receipt. If wrong part was ordered or customer cancelled order after shipment request for return must be reported within 5 days and a 15% restocking fee will apply.
Spare Parts Return Schedule Only items purchased from MDEA PVS OA may be returned for partial credit as follows: Up to 30 days after ship date, restocking fee of 15% will be charged Up to 3 months after ship date, restocking fee of 25% will be charged No returns after 3 months of ship date
