Subpanels and Functions

Function Key Panel Displays lines and functions set for PBX and enables changing of button name and pop-up. Short Message Log Panel Displays transmission, reception and error logs of simple messages and lets user select a log to telephone or reply to a sender. Call Forward Settings Panel For setting or cancelling Call ForwardingAll Calls/Busy Line/Dont Answer/Log Out for PBX. Call Log Panel A user can see origination and termination types, times, telephone numbers, conversation times, and speech memos; then save them in CSV-format file. Select a log for origination/termination, speech memo input, or deletion. Configuration Panel For setting origination rules, termination actions, voices, video conference actions, simple message actions, the number of logs, user names, automatic log in, and other convenient functions. Video Conference Panel Using cameras in conjunction with this panel, you can see video of calling party in the upper panel and yourself in the lower panel. Short messages can be sent and received by active Dterm SP30 parties. The person who receives the short message can make a call and/or reply to the sending party. User can utilize this service for Busy/Not Available status.

The fixed-form message can be set up beforehand and reflection to send message is possible.

MUNICATIONS AND CONTROL

Telephone Directory Integration
You can dial one of four ways: Manual entry Drag and Drop numbers displayed in the contact book within MS Outlook Copy and Paste numbers displayed in Excel and/or the contact book within MS Outlook Using any PC telephony directory which can be linked via the API (DDE) interface of the Dterm SP30 Soft Phone

Call Log Integration

Call log can display a maximum of 200 outgoing and incoming call records in addition to any recorded conversation. Call log can also display information such as time of day, duration, called party, type of call, recorded message and memo.
Indentifying Icons: 3-way call Dialing and calling Dialing only (no calling) Incoming call and answer Incoming call only (no answer) Select the desired Call Log item, click the right mouse button, and select Dialing from the menu.

URL Integration
The LOGO can be programmed as a URL link for quick access to a selected web site.
The specified URL address is displayed.

Notes 1 The USB handset/headset (without dial pad) that is currently usable: SN546 HANDSET-A 2 A USB camera can be used for videoconferencing if it is compatible with NetMeeting. A USB handset is not available for camera with microphone. Cameras authorized for use: blue eye (from CHESCOM INTERNATIONAL), Qcam Express (from Logitech) 3 To use a USB handset together with a USB camera, a PC with two or more USB host controllers and one USB host controller controlling one USB port are recommended. Connect the handset and camera directly to the main PC USB jacks. If one controller is used for both USB handset and USB camera, the USB handset and USB camera could possibly interfere with each other due to a band deficiency. 4 Compatible PBXs are NEAX2400IPX (FP8700-R14 or more recent) or NEAX2000IPS (FP3300-R8 or more recent). Operating Requirements 1 Dterm SP30 Soft Phone will not respond to incoming calls when the PC is in a Standby mode. 2 When activating screen saver, status wont change, even if there are incoming calls or short messages. (You cannot cancel screen saver by command from Dterm SP30 Soft Phone)
