Thank you for purchasing the Nikon Gelatin Filter Holders AF-3/AF-4. These holders allow the use of commercially available gelatin filters with virtually any Nikkor lens. Simply mount the holder to the front of the lens using an optional adapter, then insert the filter into the filter insertion slot. Up to approx. 2mm-thick gelatin or glass filters can be accommodated. The AF-3 is used with 3-inch square gelatin filters and Nikkor lenses having an attachment size of 52/62/67/ 72/77mm. The AF-4 is used with 4-inch square gelatin filters and Nikkor lenses having an attachment size of 52/62/67/72/77/82/95mm. Various adapters having an attachment size of 52/62/67/72/77mm for the AF-3 and adapters having an attachment size of 52/62/67/72/77/82/95mm for the AF-4 are optionally available. The 67/95mm adapters are used for large and medium size lenses. For lenses having a 58mm attachment size, use the optional 58-62 Filter Adapter Ring UR-4. Two dedicated hoodsthe HN-36 for the AF-3 and the HN-37 for the AF-4are optionally available. In addition, several hoods of the same diameter can be stacked together, depending on the focal length of the lens in use. Refer to the charts below and the tables on the reverse side for the combination of gelatin filter holders and hoods to be used with various lenses. Before using this gelatin filter holder, please read these instructions and the notes on safe operation in your cameras instruction manual. For details on the operation of your camera, Speedlight, or other accessories, please refer to each products instruction manual.
Merci davoir port votre choix sur le porte-glatines AF-3/AF-4 Nikon. Ces porteglatines vous permettent dutiliser les glatines disponibles dans le commerce sur pratiquement tout objectif Nikkor. Montez simplement le porte-glatines lavant de votre objectif en utilisant ladaptateur en option, puis insrez la glatine dans la fente dinsertion de glatine. Elle peut loger une glatine ou un filtre en verre dune paisseur maximale d'environ 2 mm. Le AF-3 sutilise avec des glatines carres de 3 pouces et des objectifs Nikkor 52/62/67/72/77 mm. Le AF-4 sutilise avec des glatines carres de 4 pouces et des objectifs Nikkor 52/62/67/72/77/82/95 mm. Diffrents adaptateurs 52/62/67/72/77 mm sont disponibles en option pour le AF-3 et 52/62/67/72/77/82/95 mm pour le AF-4. Les adaptateurs 67/95 mm sont utiliss pour les objectifs de grande et moyenne taille. Pour les objectifs 58 mm, utilisez la bague adaptatrice pour 58-62 UR-4 en option. Deux parasoleils spciaux le HN-36 pour le AF-3 et le HN-37 pour le AF-4 sont disponibles en option. Plusieurs parasoleils de mme diamtre peuvent aussi tre empils, selon la longueur focale de lobjectif utilis. Consultez les diagrammes ci-dessous et les tableaux au verso pour la combinaison des porte-glatines et parasoleils utiliser selon les objectifs. Avant dutiliser ce porte-glatines, lisez ces instructions et les notes sur la scurit du mode demploi de votre appareil photo. Important

Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the AF-3/AF-4 by yourself. Do not attempt to lift the camera by the filter holder 2 or the hood 3. Always tighten the securing screw 6 after you have rotated the filter holder 2.
Nessayez pas de dmonter ou de modifier le AF-3/AF-4 vous-mme. Nessayez jamais de soulever lappareil en le tenant par le porte-glatines 2 ou le parasoleil 3. Serrez toujours la vis de serrage 6 aprs la rotation du porte-glatines 2.
