| Not cheap, but useful Only way to get the 8 frame per second response from D300. Really great battery..but..one problem.. Just as Nikon states, these things last forever. I can go for a full weekend without worry. | |

| Does its job Long battery life and works great with my D3S. In addition to the integrated memory and life, I highly recommend the product. Well worth the cost This item is packed with power to spare. In my D300 I can easily shoot well over three thousand picturers on a charge. | |

Do not use this product with non-compatible batteries. Unplug the power cable from the power outlet when not in use. Young children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. Precautions for Use: Nikon EN-EL4/EN-EL4a Rechargeable Li-ion Batteries IMPORTANT The internal temperature of the battery may rise while the battery is in use, especially when the ambient temperature is high. If you attempt to recharge the battery while the internal temperature is elevated, the battery will not charge or will charge only partially. The battery may also not function properly. Wait for the battery to cool before charging. The battery is not fully charged at the factory. Charge the battery before use. When recharging the battery, the ambient temperature should be between 0 to 40 C (32 to 104 F) or the battery may not fully charge or may not function properly. Do not attempt to recharge a fully-charged battery. Failure to observe this precaution will result in reduced battery performance. Should you notice smoke or an unusual smell coming from the charger, unplug it, taking care to avoid burns. Take the charger to a Nikon representative for inspection. Recharging Nikon EN-EL4/EN-EL4a Rechargeable Li-ion Batteries (Figure 2; illustration shows EN-EL4a inserted in chamber L. The procedure for charging batteries in chamber R is the identical.) Plug the AC adapter plug into the battery charger (Figure 2-a). Plug the wall plug into a power outlet. All lamps will remain o. Insert the battery (terminals rst), aligning the end of the battery with the guide and then sliding the battery in the direction indicated until it clicks into place (Figure 2-b). Charging will begin when the battery is inserted.

Although calibration is recommended for accurate measurement of battery charge state, calibration need not be performed when the calibration lamp blinks. Once begun, calibration can be interrupted as desired. If the calibration button is not pressed while the calibration lamp is blinking, normal charging will begin after about ten seconds. To interrupt calibration, press the calibration button again. Calibration will end and charging will begin. Charging Two Batteries The MH-22 charges only one battery at a time. If batteries are inserted in both chambers, they will be charged in the order inserted. If the calibration button for the rst battery is pressed, the second battery can not be calibrated or charged until calibration and charging of the rst battery are complete. When the battery out of the 4 tion tocharging is complete, slide Unplug the charger. charger in the reverse directhat shown in Figures 2-b. When the charger is not in use, replace the contact protectors to prevent dust from accumulating on the charger contacts. Battery Warning If the chamber and calibration lamps ash on and o in sequence when no battery is inserted, there is a problem with the charger. If the chamber and calibration lamps ash on and o in sequence when a battery is inserted, a problem has occurred with the battery or charger during charging. Remove the battery, unplug the charger, and take the battery and charger to a Nikon-authorized service representative for inspection.
