The purpose of this notice is to inform you that Norstar Flash Voice Mail, Flash ACD, and Norstar Voice Mail Model 2 will be manufacture discontinued effective the dates in the table above. These products are being manufacturer discontinued to provide you with a simplified portfolio offering with the introduction of CallPilot 100 and CallPilot 150 for Norstar. Call Pilot 100 is generally available to the market effective September 16th, 2002 and offers a cost-effective messaging solution targeted at Compact ICS customers. CallPilot come equipped with 4 ports, 10 mailboxes, and an Automated Attendant. The number of mailboxes can be increased through the addition of keycodes to a maximum of 40 mailboxes. Also included with the CallPilot 100 is a basic Call Center application with optional reporting capabilities. Definitions Manufacture Discontinue Definition This notice serves as formal communication of Nortel Networks intent to manufacture discontinue (MD) the product(s) noted. No further orders will be accepted as of the date shown above. The MD of these products should not be interpreted as the discontinuance of any Nortel Networks agreements to support the existing field population. Services to the existing product base will continue to be provided until the End of Life (EOL) date shown above. End-Of-Life Definition This notice serves as formal communication of Nortel Networks intent to end the life of the product(s) noted. No further support will be provided. Emergency recovery and/or upgrades may be performed in accordance with customer specific service plans or upgrade agreements as negotiated prior to EOL.
