PRO-FLOW
Dispenser & Remote Programmer
Prevent BIG Drain Problems with the little dispenser from Hydro NOVA Pro-Flow is a compact, easy-to-use dispenser of natural enzyme chemistries that dissolve grease, food and other organic matter in drains and pipes. Pro-Flow automatically dispenses product based on preset formulas and does not need user action to start or stop operation. Pro-Flow is programmed at installation, via the installers hand-held Remote Programmer. The remote is designed to program one or multiple units, with point-and-click ease. Rather than repeatedly entering similar formulas into each customers dispenser, three formulas are stored in the remotes memory and beamed via infrared (IR) technology to the chosen dispenser. By combining easy dispenser installation with point-and-click programming, the Pro-Flow keeps drains operating efciently, thereby: Avoiding Costly Rooter Cleanings Eliminating Odor and Reducing the Need for Odor-Control Technologies Pro-Flow Dispenser with Wall Transformer and Handheld IR Remote Programmer Using Safe, Natural Enzymes Instead of Harsh, Alkaline Chemicals
Features
Remote Programming All programming, time settings and operational status information is beamed between the installers handheld remote programmer and the Pro-Flow, with point -and-click ease. Cost Effective Simple installation, and the Remote Programmers enter once, program many feature, means lower installed and total cost over the life of each unitand less installation time. Easy to Mount Mounts in just minutes with either peel and stick hook-and-loop fasteners or wall anchors & screws. No User Training Required The Pro-Flow operates automatically, throughout the week, using pre-programmed formulas. The dispenser has no operating buttons or specic language requirements. No need for the customer to turn the Pro-Flow on or off! Two LEDs indicate low battery and power-on status. Compact Size A Pro-Flow dispenser has the footprint of a 3 x 5 index card and doesnt need to be within reach. This makes Pro-Flow ideal for those small, hard-to-get-to spotsunder a sink, high on a wall, or mounted on an out-of the-way product container. Language Neutral Dispenser The Pro-Flow operates consistently, regardless of the users native language. Two LEDs are clearly labeled with universal icons to indicate low-battery and power-on. Choice of Installation Congurations No need to be near a power outlet. You can use either a wall transformer or battery box to power Pro-Flow. Mount it on a wall, on the side of a machine, or on our custom product container lid.
Installation & Operation Guidelines
Install Pro-Flow indoors on a vertical surface or product container lid. After installation, the customer experiences hands-free dispensing and can view two LEDs with universal icons for POWER-ON and LOW BATTERY. After setting the Remote Programmers current day and time, choose either the factory pre-set formula (3 oz./Midnight/Every Day) or modify it to suit your customers needs. A built-in battery backup maintains the 24-hour clock and up to three programmed formulas regardless of whether the remote is powered ON or OFF. During service calls, beam a formula to any Pro-Flow dispenser and/or check the dispensers battery life and currently used program with the press of a button. At installation (or after product container changes) press the prime button on either the remote or the dispenser for uninterrupted product supply.

TOTAL ECLIPSE PRO Quick Start Guide
for the TOTAL ECLIPSE CHEMICAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The TOTAL ECLIPSE PRO Controller is an integral part of the TOTAL ECLIPSE Chemical Management System, that also includes: The Machine Interface Accepts washer signals and converts them to safe, low-voltage inputs. The Pump Module Provides product transfer to the wash machine. The TOTAL ECLIPSE PRO Controller is compatible with any Nova Controls modular pumpstand. including the Eclipse, Orion or any of the Large Laundry dispensers. The Flush Manifold (optional) Available for water flush chemical transfer applications. Designed for maximum versatility in OPL or large laundry machines, the TOTAL ECLIPSE PRO Controllers selectable Operating Modes allow the system to work with trigger signals from fully-programmable washers or with manually triggered signals (or cycle time extenders) from non-programmable, fixed-time washers. The Controllers easy-to-understand, plain-text LCD display (available in a variety of languages), make operator training simple. Installation time and cost is significantly reduced with the computer based Formula Editor program, allowing an off-site technician to create sets of up to 20 industry-specific, efficient and cost-effective formulas that are loaded onto a controller with a customer-supplied USB flash drive (16 GB or smaller). Summary Reports can be saved to the same USB flash drive, providing usage and programming information to effectively analyze and manage each machine. Components Supplied
