The Olivetti d-copia 120D and d-Copia150D are the perfect multifunctional desktop digital copiers for small offices and professionals. Their plug&play configuration, the intuitive use of the operator panel and the quick and clean replacement of consumables are strenght keys that make job activities easier. Both models come with a standard duplex module and colour scanning capabilities, activated either by the fast button on the operator console or from the PC. For storage application the machines are supplied with a software programme which help users organise a digital data archive. These multifunctional products differ on speed (12 and 15 ppm respectively) and on configuration: d-Copia 120D comes with a cover for originals and d-Copia 150D has a 30-sheet automatic document feeder. RELIABILITY AND COST-EFFECTIVENESS The 55,000-page toner (6% coverage) and the drum, designed to support the entire system life cycle (up to 3.6 million pages for the d-Copia 6200 and 4.8 million pages for the d-Copia 8200), guarantee orderly and continuous document production. The long-life consumables significantly reduce routine maintenance for replacement of finished supplies, enabling departments with high output to optimise running costs (the lowest for this class of copier).
ERGONOMICS With a new design, in black, the copiers make paper changes easy with their smooth-running paper trays, secure locks and robust handles. They feature touch-screens for simple, efficient management of all the optional print and scan functions. In operation, the systems guarantee the essential requirements of confidentiality and hard disk data protection with a series of security solutions including cryptography and password-based access. An optional Data Security kit further raises security levels for sensitive data.

MODULARITY The Olivetti d-Copia 6200 and d-Copia 8200 are fully modular digital copiers, configurable for use in network environments. Basic functions can be expanded with the addition of network printer and scanner modules, as well as complete professional finisher options. For enhanced paper autonomy, a large-capacity paper tray is available. PRODUCTIVITY The systems offer competitive speeds of 62 and 82 cpm respectively, rapid warm-up time (less than 30 seconds) and a high-productivity duty cycle of up to 500,000 pages per month with constantly excellent reproduction levels. Thanks to a double scanner, the 260-page automatic document feed reads both sides of the page in a single pass, at a maximum speed of 110 opm at 300 dpi.
PAPER MANAGEMENT The standard configuration comes with ample paper capacity of two 500-sheet universal trays, two A4 1,500-sheet trays and a 100-sheet bypass. This can be increased up to 8,100 sheets with the addition of a large-capacity tray for 4,000 sheets. The optional finisher unit supports a variety of automatic stapling positions, two-or four-hole punching and creation of booklets with saddle stapling and 200 g/m2 covers. Documents printed by network users can be collected and sorted in a practical five-tray mailbox. Professional document management is guaranteed by a pneumatic paper feed system for rapid production and alignment precision.
