The Olivetti d-Copia1600 and d-Copia2000 monochrome A3 digital copiers, with printing option, are an excellent solution for small/medium offices where productivity, reliability and cost-effectiveness are primary considerations. They work at speeds of, 16 and 20 ppm, respectively, in A4 format and 8 and10 ppm, respectively, in A3 format. An optional GDI interface permits printing from any Windows PC. Both models have a 350-sheets paper input capacity, larger than competitor models, which can be increased with three optional trays to a top capacity of 1,250 cut sheets. Olivettis core line-up of monochrome office multi-functional devices is strengthened by the d-Copia 300MF, d-Copia 400MF and d-Copia 500MF machines which deliver true out of the box multi-functionality, based on a single chip architecture and are fully RoHS compliant. These d-Copia models ship as true Multi-functional Printers (MFPs), straight out of the box. Equipped with network printing, duplexing and colour scanning as standard, the new machines embrace the connected environment and offer high level security features as standard. The d-Copia 300MF, d-Copia 400MF and d-Copia 500MF can also be fitted with an extremely wide range of finishing options including internal staple finisher, staple and holepunch finisher, booklet finisher and paper de-curling accessory. What is more, there is a fax and Internet fax option available for all 3 models for true multi-functionality.

d-Copia 2500 & d-Copia 2500MF
In addition to the new 30 ppm mid volume models, Olivetti has also launched a range of 25ppm mid volume copiers, with a choice of printing and fax capabilities, to offer users a variety when deciding upon their office systems. The d-Copia 2500 is a 25cpm digital copier, which can produce up to A3 sized copies, and only offers a printer and fax as an option, should the business require these features in the future, or where the use of an integrated network is limited, so only requires 64MB memory which can be expanded to 192MB. Other options can be added to the basic machine, such as a paper feeder, duplex feeder and staple finisher. The d-Copia 2500MF offers print and fax as standard and, features a highly intelligent WiseCore print controller, which improves the workflow management within the machine, and a standard colour scanner, supporting Scan-to-PC, Scan-to-Email and Scan-to-SMB, which greatly improves the efficiency of sharing information in a workgroup or between departments in satellite offices or branches. Finishing options are available as with the d-Copia 2500, but the d-Copia 2500MF can also have a data Security Kit added to it. The operator panels differ too. The d-Copia 2500MF has a larger colourful panel with large buttons so that more intricate jobs can be identified easily. The d-Copia 2500 has a simple screen with fewer keys for more basic functions making the operation simple and easy but all the keys on both panels are concave, to allow better visibility, and the panel can be tilted to adjust their angle. The paper cassette drawers now have grab handles, to make opening easier from above or below. The paper capacity on both models is the same with two 500 sheet trays, 200 sheets from the by-pass and a 1000 sheet finisher available as an option. They also both offer long-life consumables; the toner can last up to 20,000 copies and a maintenance kit is available which lasts up to 300,000 copies. Two ultra-reliable market-leading network-ready products which excel in performance and quality whilst complying with the latest EU directives (WEEE) on the recycling of machines and parts. Compact, multi-functional, A3 devices with 64MB of memory as standard, they are aimed at users in the 11-20cpm output range. Olivettis entry level laser fax is the OFX 9000 and the latest addition to their range of current work group models. The OFX 9000 offers full G3 fax capability via a 33.6Kbps modem whilst most others limit themselves to a 14.4Kbps modem. It also boasts 10cpm plain paper B/W copying selectable between 1-99 copies, a powerful 25% - 400% zoom and a useful SMS Text Management feature. PIN number security protection enables faxes to be printed by authorised persons only.
