Confidentiality is ensured with the optional Data Security Kit, which automatically saves data in an encrypted form, and then cancels when the user finishes the task. For example, users can print while they scan, or send a fax while making a copy. This has obvious benefits for device management and sharing, and also speeds up workflows.
