OLIVETTI ECR 5920F THE HOSPITABLE CASH REGISTER
THE HELPFUL MACHINE The Olivetti ECR 5920F is the top-per forming cash register with specialized functions particularly useful for hospitality sector operators. It features a flat, ergonomicallydesigned keyboard with highly-functional rubber cover and 42 PLU keys with easilycustomized graphics. Each key can be used at three functional levels permitting direct selection of up to 126 articles. The Olivetti ECR 5920F offers specialized capabilities for optimal table management, with concurrent monitoring of up to 70 receipts, keeps track of the number of guests and permits continuous update of orders and display of payment pro-forma receipts. The operator has the possibility of consulting open transactions and related current balance at any time. Other major functions for the hospitality sector include the Total Tray which inserts the partial totals of the bill on the receipt and the exclusive Divided Payment func tion which makes it possible to divide the invoice into equal par ts and issue the related individual receipts. The Take Out key permits selection of two different tax values for a product without duplicating the articles. The Olivetti ECR 5920F is equipped with a 13,000-line electronic journal that becomes endless using the special circular memor y setting which, once space has run out, automatically rewrites the older data without having to reset the journal. All the above outstanding features are accompanied by a full range of classical professional cash register capabilities including, amongst others, a double alphanumeric display, a swivel type, adjustable, pop-up customer display, a silent alphanumeric thermal printer, high level security promoted by a selector with customizable keys and the possibility of operating in training mode.
