Thanks to its innovative Document Management Software, as from today you can forget the problems tied to the accumulation of paper and documents that can disappear. With the OFX 9200 and with its Document Management Software you can set up a real electronic archive on your computer, where you can put all the fax documents received or sent, or those acquired by scanning. All indexed and easily retrieved. PROFESSIONAL SPEED AND QUALITY EVEN AT HIGH VOLUMES The Olivetti OFX 9200 is a professional multifunction machine that offers high speed fax performance: in fact its 33.6 Kbps modem sends A4 documents in less than 3 seconds. With the guarantee of high quality laser reproduction with 64 shades of grey. The 400x400 dpi scanner also offers high quality performance, while the print resolution is a professional standard 600x600 dpi. In addition, the Olivetti OFX 9200 has great paper capacity, thanks to the large 250-sheet drawer and the further optional 250-sheet tray.
The powerful memory on hand is also extremely versatile: both for the ample phone book which offers 32 one-touch numbers and 100 rapid selection numbers, and for the pages where is 8 MB (around 480 pages) capable to maintain safe your documents when mains is off. PROFESSIONAL STANDARD IN THE MULTIFUNCTION MACHINE Its multifunction makes the OFX 9200 a truly professional fax. In fact thanks to the innovative Document Manager software it is possible to transfer documents to your PC and then send them via email (scan to email) with a simple drag and drop, directly from your computer without having to print them off. What is more the Olivetti OFX 9200 is a copier with a multicopy function and 70% to 100% zoom. Connected to the PC it becomes a professional printer that can print at a speed of 6 ppm and it is also a scanner (TWAIN) with a 30page ADF capacity. The multifunction capacity of the Olivetti OFX 9200 is reinforced and ensured by the dual access function that allows more than one operation to be carried out at the same time.
